My friend who is a loyal customer of Beverly Tire and I took his 2011 Toyota Matrix to have major work done and wow did Beverly Tire go above and beyond with customer service and fantastic repair job. They rewarded loyalty with great deals on the work done and now the car is running smooth. Could not ask for better service and done before their estimated time of completion.

So,the dash in my car was telling me that ,a tire is low in pressure.Walked in the front door,spoke to the (owner) and explained what the car was telling me. The owner ,was happy to help me. He got a tech to come to my car,he had an instrument in hand,checked all the tires,then the tech brought my car into the garage,,a few minutes later( did not have to wait long), the tech brought my car in front of the shop . The indicator on my dash (low tire) was off. The tech had to RECALIBRATED the sensor in my car.Now , no more low pressure.You guys are the best. I wanted to give a big hug to the tech who fixed(whoo no charge at all) the SIMPLE problem.

Mike was Amazing I had a oil leak on my motorhome he took me in like I was family got the issue fixed same day had me back on the road and on to my next destination can't say thanks enough

I'd give a 6-star rating if I could and here's why:My roommate and I were on our way to Kingston, from Quebec when one of his tires began loosing air. We were directed to Beverly Tire and Auto where a charming lady took care of our problem, despite not having appointment (since we were travelling, this stop wasn't planned, as you may think)It took a bit of time, since we basically arrived before lunch break, but once it was done, everything was 100% satisfactory.Thanks to the team who took matters into their hands with professionalism. Highly recommended!

Real professionals and great people. Went the extra mile navigating the red tape of my extended warranty, sourcing parts, making sure I was covered with a courtesy car, etc. (Best of all, my family will now have working AC in the car for the long weekend)! Huge thanks!
