BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE i have had in 30yrs. Carla, the manager is quick, honest & goes 5 extra miles to make things seamless & easy for her customers. Don is easily the most patient, friendly & accomodating sales person i have encountered since the 80s (when folks were friendly). He answered all of our questions with a smile, warmth & humour (and we were there over an hour). William is friendly, funny & scary smart/knowledeable. He was also very honest & helped us make an informed decision that fit our budget. He even helped us carry it out to the car. Wish i could give 10 stars. Thanks guys for turning a stressful purchase into an AMAZING experience! ?

Sales staff were quite efficient on the front end, handling the order for a Lenovo desktop PC very quickly and with little hastle. But when the unit arrived with a faulty keyboard they provided no help. They insisted I return the entire PC even though i had spent hours loading it with software and data. Fortuneately, Lenovo were very responsive and sent me a replcement keyboard (with no request to return the faulty one) within 2 working days. Kudos to Lenovo but Best Buy was a real disapointment.

Very disappointing experience buying a mirrorless camera and laptop for the event , Ordered on 28th June in store online by customer representative and expected delivery for 2nd July. The customer representative promised to get delivered on time, called customer care and were not cooperative. Very bad experience rather spending huge money no cooperation seen from either side didn't help, ending up spoiling the event

A joke. Went into this store today to return some products, and 2 employees walked passed me. I waited for about 10 minutes watching these 2 employees joking around and ignoring me while I waited at the cash. I will not be going back to this store again!!

As I am still fairly new to Cornwall, went in for the first time with my dad to purchase a couple of earphones for him as he tends to lose them easily. So many staff hanging around doing absolutely nothing and none could be bothered to approach and ask if they could help. There were two of them chatting and when I required help, asked, sorry to trouble you but I need some help with the different headphones. Guess it was too much asking him to do the job he is being paid for as he literally did not move but expected me to show him which headphones despite him standing at a distance, then, ask the question. Dad was shocked and said he would rather take his business elsewhere. When you pay staff for doing nothing, you get ineptitude.

I recently traded in my device for the new iPhone 15 Plus, and my experience with Darian was exceptional. He was down-to-earth, detail-oriented, and incredibly helpful with my additional purchases and trade-in process. Despite my usual aversion to in-store visits, this was a pleasurable and highly commendable experience.

Was told by Josh (the store manager) that my Geek squad insurance would give me a gift card for the value of my phone if it broke, not the case. Not really smart to lie to customers imo.1 star.
