As a repeat customer, and in the shop for other work A/C check, I am extremely disappointed at the extra charge I received for requesting a basic fault code diagnostic of my ABS system only because my own unit was giving me some strange values. Again, I did not expect to get charged at all, since I am a repeat customer, have referred others to go there and I was already there for something else. Giving the circumstances, $65+tax for 5 mins effort was a huge surprise that I was not even informed about beforehand else I would have declined. Further, even more disappointing, Auto M.D. did not make any effort to "make it right" in any way whatsoever - nothing, not even a discount or any credit, because I am asking, Really? As such the poor review. I guess they have plenty of business, to possibly explain the zero effort for this complaint. Not how I operate as a business, not what I expect as a customer.

We were 1h30 into an 8hours drive with a newborn. Our car suddently shakes a lot and has a bit trouble going uphill. So we stopped to verify the car. A kind resident nearby assisted us and referred us to Auto MD garage.
Although the garage was very busy and we came without any appointment, Mario checked our car within 10 minutes of our arrival. He then found AND fixed the issue immediately for very little money.
He saved our entire trip and we are forever grateful. Auto MD is very honest and welcoming.

I have had Auto MD service my vehicle for a few years now, and have never had amazing service like this. Claire in the front is absolutely amazing, Mario and his staff are truly the best. I would ? recommend this establishment to anyone looking for great work, at a great price.

Used to be a great place to take your vehicle. Now you're lucky if they actually do what they said they did. Dramatic drop in quality over the years.I wouldn't recommend.

Started off good with codes provided to change 2 parts. I was told the check engine light came off and then back on. This was casually relayed to me upon arrival to pick up my vehicle with no effort to resolve issue with confidence. This was all at the end of 3 scheduled trips over a period of time and after $1300 in labor charges.I am convinced there is lack of competence, honesty and integrity. Not recommended for anything other than standard brakes, oil changes and basic trouble shooting.No recService: Auto maintenance
