The only reason i stop at this location is purly out of convience. But i will avoid at all cost if possible. Either they need new headsets or they need to clean there ears out. Everytime i have to repeat my drive through order 3 to 4 times and when i hit the road i find out its wrong. How do you mess up a medium coffee 2 milk. Well they seen to do it. I stopped ordering bagels. They hardly toast it and spread the cream cheese like its butter. When i complained to management the response was i assure you they measure the cream cheese. This is not true, when i go inside to order so many times i see them scoop with the spreading knife. The same can be said with the last sandwich i ordered a turkey club with 2 peices of very thin turkey and 2 peices of bacon but a mound of mayo i guess to cover the shortage of meat. I just cant stand this place anymore it is full of incompentence right from the servers to the management no one seems to care. The line ups both inside and drive through are also so terribly slow. It amazing that one tims can be so lacking, incompetant and uncaring and the one in alliston is always on point. I guess there is a good thing that is happening here, because of there service level the a&w by the 400 is getting alot more business. I will travel the distance to the a&w from now on for a real breakfast and delicious coffee. Also 24 hours and great service.I suggest you do the same. Dont go to this cookstown location you will regret it.

Every time I come to this location either the debit machine is down or the espresso machine is waiting for "repair". I am always disappointed every time I come here and actively avoid it now.

I try not to come to this location as it's almost always going to give me an incorrect product and today was no exception. I wanted a double toasted bagel and this is what they gave me. They just rush customers through to get their drive thru times and don't care about the quality of the product they send out

Easily the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been too. I was stunned at the disorganization and lack of common sense. It took 25min to get a simple sandwich meal since they kept giving my order to the drive thru’s without paying any attention. Ordering was also a nightmare as they kept assuming I want food I never mentioned. Anyways, never coming here again.

Like most they seem to want you to go through the drive through. Problem is almost everywhere gets drive through orders wrong

After dropping my sons friend home and before we hit the 400 to go home my son and I stopped here to get a drink and snack for the ride home. The staff here were very kind I forgot to ask for a shot of vanilla in my ice capp and the guy who was serving us put it in free of charge, the store was very clean as

I'm glad I'm on days right now because Tim Hortons say they're open 24hrs but I worked midnight shift for 10 years and was always pissed off that they never had anything that was on their menu available. Only from say 530am to 7pm. Plus your lucky if they have any soup after 5pm. I get to Tim's at about 530am and I do love their Bacon and cheese omelet bites. But they're $4 for 2 little tiny yummy egg omelets. I got them twice today. Once this morning and for lunch to. I spoiled myself today. I work too much so why not eh.

When anyone goes through drive-thru, especially in the morning, the last thing someone wants to experience, as a customer, is an employee at the drivethru who acts as if they don't like their job. The attitude this morning when asking for a lil stack of napkins because the coffee always spills was absolutely rude and unnecessary.Again if u don't like ur job don't work there.
