Terrible service at this location. I purchased a pair of shoes that had 15% off advertised. When I paid the rep said the cost showing already had 15% off. After I left i checked the item online and it was not already marked down. I overpaid and I will never shoo this location again. Be aware

The service was good at Softmoc.
I ordered a pair of Birkenstock Boston soft bed shoes.
The quality of the shoes are terrible. The leather is so thin and doesn't hold shape. I am disappointed with the poor quality. I won’t order Birkenstock brand from Softmoc again. I expected more after paying $200.

My mom and I took my son to this store to buy shoes. My son tried on a pair, of shoes but they were too big, and they didn’t have his size. So, I asked the storeclerk to order a pair online for both my daughter and my son. After we left the store, a clerk chased after us, accusing us of stealing a pair of shoes from the store and proceeded to search all our bags. Although I don’t have to let them search, but I still I agreed to prove our innocence, and they didn’t find the missing shoes in any of our belongings. I suggested they check their cameras since we had nothing to hide. Even then, the clerk continued insisting it was us, saying we were the only ones there, so we must have taken them. This baseless accusation is something I’ve never experienced in Canada before. The clerk wouldn’t let it go, even though there was no evidence. For all I know, the shoes could have been misplaced in a different box or already gone missing before we were there. Making accusations without proof is completely unacceptable. Avoid this store; its management clearly has issues.

Went in to return a backpack I bought less than a week before. The bag was not even used, my brother changed his mind about school and wanted to return it. I had every tag with it plus the receipt which I showed when I got there. I told the woman there I just wanted to return this bag and that it was not used still in its original shape. The lady had to go to the back and then came back out to tell me they don’t do returns on bags????? We had then called a few hours later to which the response was “we do return bags that are un-used”???? So the response is different. Mind you, the couple beside me was returning shoes when I went it… ironic you can return shoes that have definitely been worn but not a backpack un-used simple because the tags are off it when I had them all with me and can easily be re-attached. No where did it say final sale either, the woman was just lazy and petty. Anyway went to the barrie one and they returned it within minutes, way better staff over there, definitely go to the barrie store if you can and skip on this store.

Really disappointed with the customer service brought forth by the manager Riley of this location! I had bought a bag, and a few days later I had went to return it, with my receipt and the bag that was in the same condition as when I bought it, and the manager had denied a return… I was confused because the receipt and the company policy was completely different from what she had said, I know hear that other customers have had this same experience …I would hope that this manger Riley, follows the same rules as the rest of the company… as when I went to return the bag at a different location, there was not a single issue.

Cookstown Outlet mall Soft Moc is a great store. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff (Isabella) that are kind and helpful! Highly recommend it!

This place was hands down, THE best shoe store I have ever been to! My parents took me to this location on Sunday for their Aetrex foot scan machine and I absolutely loved it! That machine was able to help me get the right orthotics for my new shoes. Thank you to the lovely girls who worked there on Sunday. I didn’t get their names unfortunately, but they were both so kind and patient with my parents and I. I highly recommend this store!! I left that place wearing my new shoes and having a big smile on my face!

Hayden was absolutely amazing. Last weekend I was there shopping with a hockey team and he was so patient and efficient finding all the sizes and helping us to order again. Such a calm and kind approach! I returned today to return an item and even in the chaos of a packed store for black Friday sales it was again the best customer service I have ever had in a shoe store... or any store for that matter! And I am a good shopper!!!!Thanks Hayden and the team at Soft moc cookstown outlet!!!!
