Yes, they were busy but it never mean they could be rude. When thier machine got in trouble, nobody explained and apologized to me even though I had waited and repeated my order three times. Of course, it was TOTALLY NOTHING IF THEY EXPLAINED FIRST. AT LEAST, THEY COULD HAVE DONE AT THE LAST MOMENT when I complained.

I love all baked goods, but I got some little heart-shaped "shortbread" cookies with chocolate spread in the middle, and they were soo nasty!! $1.50 for a tinny cookie that isn't even good enough to sell at the dollar store.They smoked bacon, tho was amazing!!

Horrible experience. False advertising! The free samples they give are NOT the meats sold. I brought a sausage home and it was spoiled as soon as I opened it! The spicy pepperoni is not what I tasted in the store, it's flavourless and disgusting. I was tricked, and as don't live near here, I cannot go back to complain. That is the last $20 they get from me! I advise everyone to avoid this store. Don't let them scam you like they did me.

I wish there was an option for no stars. We spent over sixty dollars on an assortment of the cured meats. On the drive home we were screaming and gagging as we tasted what we bought. All that money right in the garbage.Shoppers be warned!

⭐️⭐️⭐️One of the best paninis i’ve ever had in Ontario! ⭐️⭐️⭐️The italian meats are all so good! We ordered “assorted italian mild” and “prosciutto” panini and both were absolutely delicious!Tip: order your panini in “tomato bun” instead of white bun!Also, bought garlic salami from their store and OMG!Best food you can eat on Tanger Mall with no doubt! ?

Got the turkey panini today, it was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had, everything about it was amazing. Im glad i finally went to this place.

I spent $24 on a small assortment of cookies that were absolutely terrible! They tasted old and previously frozen. The cookies with the jam center: the jam was dried up and hard. Such a waste of money. I did not serve these to my guests.

The best sandwiches, meats and sweet treats in area! Went here for the first time today and got their assorted Italian grilled panini, by far one of the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten. The staff are friendly and kind and are quick to say hi.

This deli has been a staple of the outlet mall for over 15 years. At one point you could easily have a filling lunch from one of their small paninis. Unfortunately the sandwiches are now lacking in meat and are a poor value for what you pay. While I understand prices have increased everywhere, 4 or 5 thin slices of cold cuts on a dry foccacia bread roll is not acceptable. I'm disappointed that my go-to place to grab a bite when visiting the outlet mall is no longer worth visiting.

The best montreal smoked meat sandwich in Innisfil! It was recommended by a friend. He said it was better than Schwartz's in Montreal. I never tasted Schwartz' but Imperial Meats was amazingly good. ? Will definitely recommend it!
