This was months ago I just had the courage to review I’m so pissed that until now I can’t forget about it. Short dark skinned lady was very rude. She was not responding to our questions and completely ignored us. She’s didn’t acknowledge our presents inside the store. Treat us like nobody. I mean Mam if you are having a bad day pls don’t come to work other people would like to take your job. I hope management will do an evaluation on her. If I ever return to this location I will make sure she won’t forget me.

I absolutely love this store and team. So helpful and friendly here. One of the last places you can find great quality clothing that's more tailored to fit a shaped body with great prices. A bonus, they have an awesome points program, too!

I was at the Calvin Klein store, which was supposed to close at 6:00 PM. I picked out a dress and a blouse, but the salesperson wouldn't let me try them on, saying the store was closing and I needed to leave, even though it was only 5:55 PM. She was very rude.

This evening in this store a staff member decided to loudly comment on the fact my 1 and 5 month old baby were crying and said to other customers" that's why you should take birth control " it was disgusting will never shop here again

I visited the Calvin Klein store yesterday to return a jacket I bought. Despite having the receipt, the team refused the return because the price tag was missing. Nowhere was it mentioned that the tag must be intact. I patiently explained, but the lady manager, who behaved disrespectfully, took 20 minutes, didn't ask any questions, and simply said they couldn't accept the return. Disappointed with the lack of clarity and the unpleasant service, especially considering the quiet atmosphere in the store at that time.
