Maryam was absolutely helpful. It was busy and it looked overwhelming for the ladies, I don’t understand these poor reviews that they keep getting. If only they understood how difficult it is for them. I’m sure they would understand . Maryam was helping not only myself, but others as well. Thank you Maryam for helping me out!

Customer service is horrible. Girl working December10 around 7 pm was not helpful at all. It was weird to go in the store and not getting any kind of help in sizes or articles .Not happy at all from that.

Customer service is so horrible. Girls working on 26th November evening were not helpful at all. Everytime i asked for help their answer was straight No. and at checkout instead of asking if i want bag she was just throwing all other bought items in shoes box..staff need to get some training for customer service

I bought a pair of sunglasses that the lenses were all messed up. When I tried to return them the receipt showed a different debit card number than what mine is. I only have one debit card and she told me that the system would crash if I tried returning onto the card I had purchased with. I was told I could exchange or get a gift card but even though I had my receipt they wouldn’t give me money back.

Terrible Customer Service!
I recently had a horrendous experience with Aldo's customer service at Tanger Outlet in Cookstown. Despite purchasing a pair of shoes that were never worn and still in pristine condition, the cashier refused to accept the return. Their inflexible policy left me stuck with a product I didn't want or need. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

Chloe was a great help and very nice!
Shopped in store on Dec 27th for some boots and unfortunately my size wasn’t available- I was still able to try on a similar style to be sure on the size and they were able to place the order online for me. The cashier was also very friendly and made sure to let me verify that the shipping information was correct before processing anything and it arrived in two days!

I was in the store for less than a minute today and one girl, a bit chubby with blonde hair managed to make me not want to shop there any longer. I suppose I grabbed a shoe and accidentally placed it back on the wrong shelf she came over immediately and sarcastically asked if I needed help to which I replied no thank you I’m just browsing however it didn’t look like she cared about my response because she looked irritated and grabbed the shoe I misplaced and slammed it down on the proper shelf then walked away and giggled to her co worker. I have social anxiety and leaving my house is hard to begin with but I have a new job I’m hoping to start and needed work shoes so I put myself out there today by going to the mall. Unfortunately being treated this way made me feel like it was time to go home instead…

Terrible and rude customer service. Wanted to return some boots that I wore one time for under 2 hours because they coloured my new socks that I had just bought, they told me that I couldn’t return them or get any store credit because it didn’t have anything to do with the quality or it wasn’t damaged even though it was something to do with the quality. They didn’t ever apologise for what had happened and didn’t let me finish what I was trying to say and said “Have a good day” in a terrible way and walked away.
