Our home underwent a renovation approximately 5 years ago, during which we installed a Winly lock and handle on our main door. Unfortunately, the quality of this product has been incredibly disappointing and seems poorly constructed. Within just 5 years, the handle's color has faded, and the latch fails to securely hold the door, often getting stuck. Additionally, the lock mechanism itself does not function properly.When I reached out to the company, I provided detailed information about my door and the lock model number, including the door thickness. I was assured they had the necessary item in stock. However, after a 45-minute drive from Scarborough to their location, I was informed that my door handle had been discontinued, and they had no newer models available for replacement, nor did they offer any parts to fix it.Needless to say, my experience with Winly has been incredibly frustrating. I strongly advise against choosing this company due to their poor customer service and the subpar quality of their products.

A very terrible company with low end quality product and disgusting customer services, not trustable owner and company manager!!!My contractor used this company’s product in my entry door which only lasted for less one year. Both the latch of knob and deadbolt malfunctioned!This company told us they didn’t provide warranty as well as latches to replace broken one. My only choice is to buy brand new set.They offered me the 50% higher price than the same product on the web, and told me the price showed in their room is only for their listed “client”. And no free return policy if I bought their product.Stay away from this company and product. There are a lot of good suppliers in the market if you don’t want to get bad feelings.August 3rd 2023: as my lock’s both latches not work, I just found one simple knob lock and one deadbolt lock which is pretty cheap in the market and also could be found in any second hand market. As the latches in most lock are relatively standard, I used the latches to replace broken one. The issue was solved!

multipoint lock has broken and required replacement twice in seven years. the latches dont retract from the outside (until the interior clip fails) resulting in a misaligned handle. I expect it to completely fail while trying to find a compatible better quality product to replace it. May have to replace my $5k door. Avoid at all costs.

Indoor Privacy locks don’t lock. They refuse to offer any help within the warranty period. Cheap cheap CHINA product and poor customer service.

The quality of their product is not good, the latches are not working properly only after two years and their products are not compatible to other locks! When we went to their store trying to get a replacement, the salespersons are very rude and cut off our questions without any professional manners. This is the worst store I’ve had been ever! The price of the product are just out of their salesperson’s mouth depending on his mood!Don’t buy their products, otherwise, you’ll fall the trap!

Had an issue with a handle and lock set in the summer of 2022. Latch doesn’t come all the way out. Under warranty still. If you want a company that backs up their product, go somewhere else.Really bad handle and lock set poor quality.They have no customer service that I can find. Avoid them if you want to avoid getting angry.

Didn’t even get a chance to view their selection. The store owner kept the door lock, and when we rung the doorbell, told us to wait outside for 10 minutes. We actually waited for 10 minutes, and he coincidentally came back outside, and told us to wait some more.
