I went here 2 years back for my collision, they did it the job for you not to wonder, but now that I left Ontario and have to do my out of province inspection. They found out that the job that was done before from this place was basically a patch up, now I have to pay out of my pocket to replace parts that they mess up, which are bended knuckle head and they cut the tripod to fit the part that needed to put in. Also took them 2months to fix and it’s not even proper, so who ever needs there job here to be done next time, I’ll consider to get a second inspection for your own safety. will be updating this review after I got all the picture that I needed and don’t even say that I’m not in your data base because I have proof from my insurance that you guys did the job!!!

I gave this company a try in hopes that they would do a good job. My mistake for trusting this company. I brought my car in to get repaired. Firstly, they took 8 months to fix the car. When I got it back, I here were pieces missing everywhere like screws, bolts, caps. I tried to call the owner and workers many times and the reception kept saying they’re out for lunch or doing something. Everytime I came they gave me the run around. They never paid the tow truck fee, I had to pay that out of pocket and they told me they would reimburse me the cost. When I finally got the car back it had cheap parts installed, missing screws and bolts and I’m still owed money. Save the hassle and don’t go to them

This place is the only place you should take your car they are knowledgable they are friendly, and they really care for you. I had an absolutely amazing experience with Vaughan Collision Centre! The quality of their work and service is simply superb. My car looks and feels brand new! Every person in the company who I interacted with was super nice, warm and helpful. I am very grateful for all the extra care and final touches that I received without even asking. I’m very glad and excited with a final result of fixing my commercial pickup truck, thank to the whole team who’s working with my vehicle.Somebody hit my car outside on a parking lot and run away. They leaved a huge dent with a scratches. I called Millad and he professionaly figured out all the things step by step.They’ve changed the whole side.Very clean, fast and quality service.Definitely recommended, should be 10/10 stars here.

I've been dealing with Millad for 15 years. The guy is 100% trustworthy and reliable. I met him on a random chance. I don't trust anyone and I come from an insurance background. Tell him that you read this review. Reputation is the cornerstone in this industry and word of mouth is the foundation for repeat customers. If you don't believe me go and speak to him yourself.

This is the best car repair center! The rental car was delivered immediately when we arrived at the office! Accordingly, the return is also to the office and there is no need to travel to enterprise offices. All problems were either solved instead of me (and I didn’t lose my nerve over this) or together with me, they supported me in all matters.They promised to do it in a week, they did it in 4 days, I was very pleased. I was also pleased with a very nice bonus: the car was given back licked everywhere, clean and polished. I am extremely pleased with the attitude and service of the guys, everyone is pleasant and responsible. A bunch of small but also necessary and pleasant bonuses. One word: I definitely RECOMMEND!
