“Went to see two vehicles at Shine Auto, with no intention of an immediate purchase. Met with Rabee, who gave us his full attention and answered all of our questions, despite knowing we had no intention of buying. He listened carefully to our needs and wants in a vehicle, and offered his knowledge to us willingly. After much discussion and zero pressure to move forward, my wife and I had a brief discussion privately and decided to move forward with a purchase. Rabee spent a very long time with us, and actually sold us the cheaper of the two vehicles, because he knew it offered more to our lifestyle than the more expensive option. Even more, he offered to hold the vehicle for us, with absolutely no deposit or commitment, because he knew we had no intention of buying on that particular day. We did end up making the purchase, and we wholehearted have no regrets.
For those looking for a vehicle, I would strongly recommend considering Shine Auto. The post-sale experience has been outstanding. Although the vehicle was sold certified, Rabee went out of his way to go beyond the Ontario Safety requirements, which was something I've never experienced from another used car dealership.

“I recently purchased a 2014 Honda Civic from Omari and had a great experience from beginning to end. Omari was extremely responsive, helpful, and honest in answering all my questions about the vehicle via text. He provided the Carfax report to make sure I was fully informed about what I was considering. In person, he was equally friendly and transparent, openly discussing any imperfections on the car and areas that might need attention. Omari stands behind his vehicles; he even allowed my mechanic to inspect the vehicle before the purchase. He honestly addressed every inquiry my mechanic made and was not afraid to admit when something was out of his expertise. “I dealt with Arya at Nexcar auto sales and thought that we had got lucky and found the vehicle for us. We were made to feel very much at ease being told if anything came up feel free to come by and it would be dealt with. We got the extended warranty, also paid cash on the spot. I was a bit shocked that he had charged 50 bucks for the gas, a little over quarter tank. Four months after leaving the lot, on my bday serious issues light up on screen. I call Nexcar, and speak to Arya the guy who came across in a manner that seemed so decent at that time, what a difference 4 months made. Rude, not helpful, and when I suggested I bring it there to the place that did all the work to make it road ready which seemed logical as they were most familiar with it. I was told that he would charge me 120 cash for the diagnostic that was covered under the warranty he sold us! I went to a place that takes our warranty package, yet still cannot get them to address the problem. To anyone out there who doesn't have 20k to just throw out there and hope for the best....get your next car somewhere other than that place. Had hoped to have great things to tell people...I guess a warning is better than making the same error I made.”
