I was having lot of trouble to find ladder rack for my Mitsubishi Outlander in Edmonton and no one in Edmonton was helping me. But when i reach out to True Rack and they understand demand quickly and sent me a rack with installation tools and guide me over phone how to do. Especially i want to thank you Jay as he was excellent to help me. I recommend to buy product from True Rack as they have True Knowledge. Thank you.

From my experience alex is bad person and aggressive never suggest to deal with alex! customer service is 0! Never deal with him, wasting of time!

I had an extension ladder rack installed on a work vehicle today. Not only was their service speedy, their attitude and accommodations to my needs were outstanding. Their price was also half of what it would have cost in London. Great job!

Not helpful at all, their ladder locks don’t work well because of weird design and when asked to adjust it the person said “it’s not my problem” Avoid them!

Had them put a floor and partition in my brand new 2021 work van and found out later that they dented the panel from the inside out. Alex said “its just a work van” and refused to pay for the damage. Brutal, do not recommend

Ladder rack, shelf with lock and partition for my Nissan NV200. Just under $2000+Tax. Got me in right away. The big box competitor was $4500 for the same thing and ready in 4-6 weeks. Trust these local guys. Support these local guys!!!
