I have purchased from The Tile Shoppe for a few years now. Their customer service is unmatched. I always delt with Fateen there. One of hardest working assocites, very polite and paitient. We wish him the best.

When I initially walked in I wasn’t impressed with their customer service. Seemed like they had a lot of employees but were just talking. I still chose to browse because I was looking for something specific. I did eventually find the tile I was looking for which turned out to be a lot cheaper than most places but when I had questions the first person I spoke to wasn’t friendly and didn’t seem like he even cared to help. I then spoke to Mel Lucarini. He turned my whole experience around. He informed me that I really didn’t need to buy more than I needed (most places sell full boxes and won’t let you buy pieces), extremely friendly and was great to interact with.I’d recommend this place because it would be hard to beat their prices. But talk to Mel if you can.

Had a significant miscommunication with the husband vis-a-vis floor colour. If it wouldn't have been for Amir being a wizard, my house would have looked like the yellow brick road. Can't thank him enough! Great service, great guy.
