I worked for the company for a day and instantly hated everything about them, especially the managers they have this superiority complex where they are agressive with customers and will do and say anything to make a sale even if its a lie.

This is the second time we use their service. The first time was a couple years ago and it WAS great. However, we found out today that the guys who carried out the job this time caused big dents on our eavestrough and rain gutter when they bang the ladder against the top of our garage. Our neighbors saw that and told us, This is absolutely avoidable if they did the job with care. We think the company should follow up on this matter and fix the dents

Becareful when you sign up for their service. I canceled their service one year ago and they are still trying to bill me this month after 1 year. Once you sign up is very hard to get rid of them.

The best service on pest control you could ask. Soodhir Vithal has been service our location for several years and he is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. Very responsive when we call for service and timely follow ups. Highly recommend

To be honest I won’t recommend this company to anyone. I called them for an animal issue but after the investigation said there’s nothing to worry about. I got around $200 charge for it. A few times later, we found out that there was a spot where some squirrels came into the house, so I called them again to ask them to send someone over to fix it. But I kept calling them 4 times and every time they told me they would let the manager know then nothing back to me until the last time I lost my temper ( seemed the manager was always unavailable) , they just arranged a technician to check again and I was told I had to pay them around $ 420 plus tax then they would fix it. So, I paid them over $600 plus tax and almost 2 months to fix the problem. Now I haven’t checked how damages the squirrels costed and not sure how much money I still need to spend to fix the damage. Terrible service and bad experience with this company.

We have been with them for 3 years. They always chase you to book the 4 required appointments per year whether you need them or not. After the last appointment a month ago the rodent activity actually increased in our home. We called them 4 times and every time they would say that their schedulers will call us to send someone over. The customer care is terrible at best. They are contractually bound to provide a maintenance after each visit. We are still waiting for the schedulers to contact us. We will cancel and switch to a more reliable local provider.

This company is terrible. A technician came to our home and when we showed him the bugs we were dealing with he literally said “I’ve never seen that before!”. Then they wanted us to pay to have another technician come to our home, when the first one didn’t know what he was doing and couldn’t even identify what the bugs were. Don’t waste your money. Call someone else for your pest problem.

This is the worst pest control company in the city. They came to our home and did not identify the pests, and later instead of finishing the job asked us to email photos of our problem. The customer service agents I spoke to, especially Jerry and Agbortabe, were extremely unhelpful.

I had a dead animal in my cottage chimney and called Terminex.Adam Harker from the Georgian Bay area did the removal for me and I couldn't be happier.Very professional work removing a dead squirrel. He also added cages for the rest of the vents to make the roof critter proof.Solved a big problem for me, thank-you!

This has been, without exception, the most frustrating company I’ve ever dealt with, period.The communication from their teams to customers is non-existent. Their confirmation processes for appointment are non-existent.After dealing with them for a simple two-appointment (indoor and outdoor) Ant-spraying, they have done everything possible to drive me crazy.Literally down to the payment process at the very end. I had to seek them out to pay. The person I dealt with on the phone was using internet calling and was cutting out every two seconds. Said she couldn’t read my card info back to me after I gave it to her.Didn’t say good-bye, or thank you for using the service.And they just sent me a text asking how the service was, let me tell you, as someone who has a reach of approximately 10, 000 homes on a year basis, your shoddy service will be the last one I ever recommend.Thankfully I’m not petty enough to use my job to dump on your company. But seriously, whoever set up your communications processes both with client and inter-department, should lose their job.Terrible service and experience.Services: Home inspection

Horrible customer service, booking system, and unreliable.I've been attempting to book an urgent appointment for a whole week now. To my disappointment, they initially scheduled one, only to cancel it later. Their phone support hasn't been helpful, promising callbacks that never happen. Even after sending emails, I received no response. It's frustrating because it feels like they're pushing for their subscription service, but how can I commit to that when their one-time services have been so unreliable?" “Update - yes we are on their database under my partners name, but it takes an actual bad review for them to respond after days of us calling and emailing.
