“I was helped by a very nice young gentleman this past Thursday. He was able to find me a pair of soccer shoes for my daughter in the exact colour scheme she wanted. This was a difficult task for finding the right size for a 5 year old. He also helped me with getting an XS shin guards that just slip in the socks. It was exactly what I wanted but couldn’t find at SVP. Incredible service and the price was way less than what I expected to pay. Second time I’ve purchased from this store and have not been disappointed. It’s very refreshing to have solid customer service! My daughter was so happy with her shoes that she couldn’t wait to try them on. First kick of the ball and she almost broke a window in the house. I couldn’t have been happier.”

“Had a great experiences here a couple of weeks ago. I had ordered two pairs of shoes online for in-store pickup. It was ready in record time. However, only one of the two pairs was available so I received an email telling me that it was out of stock and will not be available.When I arrived, I was helped by a young her gentleman who was very patient and helpful. He suggested similar pairs to the ones that were not available. When I asked if they would do something about the price because I had ordered them during a sale with a coupon online, he called the manager over. He was a friendly gentleman who came over right away and when explained the situation, he was happy to match the price. We then chatted while the other employee and I finished the transaction, and he was very pleasant.I will definitely return for the large selection, sales and very friendly and knowledge customer service.
