So, this shop was the first “Automotive Centre” to reject my request to use their air compressor for emergency tire pressure fill up. I have seen many, many places that check and fill up all four tires for free. Other places let me do it myself, if they are busy, which is perfectly fine.This time, I was on the way to work and the tire pressure warning light came on, probably because it was colder that day. I just wanted to fill it up quickly and properly check them after work. I’ve already passed all the gas stations, so stopped by this shop to ask them if I could use their air compressor. I wasn’t even asking them to do it, and I said I would pay for it.Unfortunately, the ladies at the reception were the most hostile receptionists I’ve ever seen and they didn’t even want to listen. I mean, I get that they are busy, but it’s not like they were both on the phone; they were talking to each other. I am not their customer and I, along with everyone I know, will not be one. Many auto shops operate just fine without reception. If you are going to operate with one, have a proper one, since the reception is the face of the business. It will make a big difference, I assure you.

BEWARE OF SILVERSTONE!!!This place took my money and didn't fix my problem!!!Really couldn’t be more disappointed in the service I received from Silverstone.I found Silverstone as they’re located near my place of work. I brought both of my vehicles by. One for an oil change, the other for an oil change and A/C diagnoses and repair.I was called mid day and was informed the AC problem had been found, and repair was $400-$500. Being an older vehicle I was reluctant, but based on the fact that my children have to travel with me in this vehicle once in a while, air conditioning was essential, so I went forward.I picked up the vehicle and the air conditioner work for a couple of days. Then stopped working.I brought it back and was informed there was ANOTHER part needing replacing that would cost $300+. I wasn't happy about it, but they left me no choice as I was already invested by $500 so I did it.Two days later, not working AGAIN. Brought it back and was told if it stops working again there would be more costs and more parts.At no point during our conversations and diagnosis was I informed additional parts could be required. After the first repair, the owner apologized and said they missed the second part, but it would work after that.Now, they are suggesting the only way to fix it is with a new compressor, which is $1000 plus. Obviously, for an old car, this is not a good idea. But I would never have invested anymore than the initial $500 if I was warned in anyway shape or form that this was a bad idea.Here I am, $900 in the hole, without a working air conditioner. Please beware of This place. I would highly advise against bringing any of your vehicles here!I will be sharing this experience on all available social media platforms, so others do not get put in the same position I did!Service: Air conditioning

Highly recommend Silverstone Automotive for all your vehicle services. I went in to review the Engine related error message I was receiving. Being a new customer, they treated me with so much respect and took the time to understand the sequence of what was causing the error and completed a full diagnostic. I had a great experience at Silverstone Automotive. Visited them for the diagnosis of CEL for my 2014 Mercedes GLK250 bluetec. They have an expert team who precisely identified and the fixed the problem. They even helped with sourcing the part needed to be replaced. Great interaction with Maurizio, Steven (the experts) and Sue at the reception. Amazing customer service. I would highly recommend this place.Service: Engine repair

I highly recommend Silverstone Automotive. I was visiting Vaughan last Friday and my one wiper blades stopped working. I contacted Silverstone Automotive to see if I could get appointment as I had to travel a couple hours to get home. The friendly staff were exceptional to deal with and helped me by sourcing out the part needed and fixed it that day. Thanks again!
