“I bought a pair of running shoes online 2 days earlier and had an issue with them. Brought them in to Browns at Vaughan Mills today and was so pleased with the service. From the gentleman who greeted me upon arrival and asked me if I was returning the item, and then escorted me to the cashier, to the (I believe) manager, who was called over to help with the return. He was so pleasant and helpful. He gave options and very quickly resolved the issue. Such great service, it reminded me why I love shopping at Browns.”

“Can I just say I love these people I feel so appreciated and welcome in this store. I went in and out twice thinking I would not be able to find a size or a pair of jeans that would fit nice or to my standards and three girls, Britney, Laura, Jelina were so helpful. I bothered Britney first and then I came back to bother Laura and Jelina and they were so sweet. All three of them were very supportive and considered all of my request and we're able to get a pair of jeans that I initially hated but looked fabulous on me when they gave me the right size. I love you guys, thank you. I hope you have a great shift.”

“Had a great experiences here a couple of weeks ago. I had ordered two pairs of shoes online for in-store pickup. It was ready in record time. However, only one of the two pairs was available so I received an email telling me that it was out of stock and will not be available.When I arrived, I was helped by a young her gentleman who was very patient and helpful. He suggested similar pairs to the ones that were not available. When I asked if they would do something about the price because I had ordered them during a sale with a coupon online, he called the manager over. He was a friendly gentleman who came over right away and when explained the situation, he was happy to match the price. We then chatted while the other employee and I finished the transaction, and he was very pleasant.I will definitely return for the large selection, sales and very friendly and knowledge customer service. Thank you!”

“Stopped in to see if they had a specific somewhat hard-to-find online (or overly expensive) shoe...walked out with 2 pair! Turns out they had a buy One get the 2nd 50% off sale....but here;s the best part -- a young lady by the name of Navneet (hope I got that right) found me the 2nd pair - I couldn't;t find them despite looking at every box in that section); and Bavneet (again, hope I got it right), on cash, is the most accomplished salesperson I've ever met lol...she convinced me to buy not one, but two sets of Skecher socks (1set of black and 1 set of white)...I ONLY wear McGregor Happy feet (I'm set in my 60 year old ways lol)...yet here I am wearing the new socks and loving them. Great tag team duo at the Vaughan Mills Skechers Factory Store - well done ladies!!”
