This is the second time I have went to the car wash in the evening just to realize the wash is closed. I went inside to speak with the individual at the front desk and he let me know I should come back during the day because they close at 7:00pm. I’m not sure when this location decided to change their hours, or if head office even knows that they have. Like others, I work during the day, so if the wash is not going to be open when I arrive at 5:00am, because it is closed, I can’t use the wash. Absolute embarrassment of an establishment. If you are going to change the hours of the car wash on a whim to be open 6:00am to 7pm, when a large percent of people work, let us know so we can chose to go elsewhere.

It's one of those Shell stations with the stupid advertising video screens with a speaker and no mute, so you have to stand there for three minutes listening to an audible screen chirp at you about all the other things they want your money for, while you give them your money for gas, because i guess freezing while you pump overpriced fuel in silence is now considered a luxury. Steer clear and go to any of the other 900000 gas stations that don't have these.

I have had a terrible experience with Shell and this location. If I could give 0 starts I would. When I got to the machine there were issues with the nozzle and I was not able to take it off V-power despite repeated attempts. The worker inside was busy on his phone and did not look when I tried to get his attention. When I went to pay and informed him of the situation and extra 40 cents. He began to belittle me and berate me for not being able or knowing how to fill gas. As there were 2 transactions, one of 40 cents and my other main transaction, he gave me the receipt for the 40 cent one but hid the other receipt the the main transaction. He refused to give it to me and it was only when I told him he did have it and to check the counter he finally gave it to me by throwing it at me. I am shocked that this is the behaviour that Shell trains their employees to have. He continuously spoke rudely to me and when I asked to speak to a manager he told me there is no manager.
I have been driving for many years and have never had an issue like this before. I am truly appalled at how Shell trains their employees to have no manners and no customer service training. Shell should be ashamed that this is the behaviour they condone.

Nd this llcation they never vheck the machines nd levels of soap i tell the shell cashier lots pf time but they never fix it

outdated pumps and payment method-CREDIT CARDS can be copied easly- poor service - pumps out of paper most of time - COURIERS drive like crazy - so many negative reviews - same response from Shell Station - NOTHING CHANGES

I tried two machines and the receipt wouldn’t print (for car wash) so it cancelled my transaction. The attendant said those machines weren’t working and the note on them must’ve disappeared with the snow. It was 10 PM and hadn’t snowed for a bit. There were two cars ahead of me at the wash and even after I came out there were no Out of service signs on the machines.

Randomly changed car wash time from 24 hours to closing at 11 pm. Half the time it's broken anyways. Why am I paying monthly when there's so many days I can't use it on? Cashier's offer no refund or future wash coupon.

You need a new cashier.Always scans his own air miles card without informing you. Even if I am not collecting points, that doesn’t give you the right to collect the points without my permission.Aside from that, sometimes the paper for receipts at the pump has run out and there is some litter around the pumps.I always love Shell but this location is subpar.
