Got introduced to RYR Sports 20+ years ago as they supplied the GTHL team I played for jersey, hockey pants, tracksuit etc. Still to this day I have them supply our mens league jerseys. More recently I’ve asked them to heat press name/numbers that I provided onto my personal collection of soccer jerseys and they’re always bang on. Nothing but great things to say! Keep up the great work RYR :)

Horrible cheap product and rude customer service. Placed a sweater in May, but didn't get it until December - 8 months! They never communicated on the delay, I had to take the initiative to followup constantly and dates promised were constantly missed. The size they recommended when we tried it on in May ended up being too small, even though they said my son had room to grow in it. Material is very cheap and the only reason we ordered it was to have something associated to our team, but save your money and avoid any headaches, just order NHL gear.The owner Joe took a month to respond and was really rude and condescending. He didn't take any accountability and not willing to help. Just made excuses that hisemail server was down. So what about the phone messages I left? As an owner you would think he would have more professional etiquette.

Where is my kids hockey gear. You should be ashamed of yourselves, charging that kind of money on hockey gear/apparel and you can't provide orders on time. Your company is a joke !!!

Almost 8 weeks later, and still waiting on gear for our players. Not to mention I also placed a large order of apparel as well. Can't get anyone on the phone. Please do not waste your money.

Second experience with this company. Different Mississauga association. Sadly same story. Ordered in May, they take full payment. No pants come season start. Emailed a few times in August and Sept no response. Called and got a voice message to email. Had to buy my kid pants from Pro hockey life because old pants aren't fit to wear anymore. I should have learned my lesson in the first experience 2 years ago.
