After one week, I received a call yesterday informing me that my order for three top knobs appliances handles had arrived. I promptly scheduled my installers to proceed with the installation. However, to my disappointment, all three handles were damaged upon delivery. What surprised me even more was that Roca, along with their supplier, declined any responsibility for the issue. This situation has forced me to reschedule the installers, incurring a cost of $400. Not to mention the setback this will cause to my project. I understand that such incidents can happen, as I have encountered similar situations before. However, in those cases, either the shop or the supplier accepted responsibility and expedited a second order. But Roca said that expediting the new order would cost an additional $500, which I would have to pay out of my own pocket. Consequently, I decided to place an order for the same handles at another shop, and to my surprise, they charged me even less than what Roca had initially quoted. It is evident that not only does Roca fail to provide satisfactory customer service, but they also overcharge their customers.

I have been their customer since 2016 I got the best service every time. All staff are very professional and kind the owner is really gentle and helpful and nice. I highly recommend this store for hardware.

Our architect helped me choose hardware for our custom exterior front and back doors 5 yrs ago.Throughout this time, Lana and Simon have helped me out whenever I’ve had a question about the hardware we installed. Whether it was looking for a replacement screw or making any adjustments to my existing install. They always have answers to my questions.Exceptional customer service all around.Thank you so much and keep up the good work!

I wish I have a chance to give them ZERO star. Bought whole house interior/exterior door hardware including privacy and non privacy handles for custom built on our carpenters recommendation. Within first couple months handles started moving. Went back to owner and was advised that probably our carpenter never installed them properly . Came back to contractor and told him the same what we were advised by Roca. Carpenter indicated that NO ...its not the case. End of the day blame game started between Roca and carpenter and we are still there. Not worth to buy. Stay away. Within one year all handles are moving and paint is peeling off. Parts were changed. nothing worked. Parts has nothing to do with paint on hardware

Simon is a professional and probably the most responsible person I have ever worked with. He always responds to customers' requests in a timely manner. His team of ladies is also amazing in helping customers and extremely organized.There is a reason for Roca to become the #1 place to go for hardwares!!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish that my builder never used this place as I am now handcuffed into getting any replacement parts or repairs through them. EVERYONE walks around the showroom. No greeting. No hello, no goodmorning, just the RUDEST individuals I have ever dealt with. As a business owner I beg you to go spend your money elsewhere where they greet you at the door. DISGRACEFUL.
