Is there a zero star option here or negative star because this business does not even deserve 1 star.THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I wish I read the reviews before hiring this person.Owner is the most dishonest person ever. DISHONEST, LIAR, RUDE & SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1. Lied about the timeline for project delivery2. Lied about having a electrician to complete the job properly3. Ruined the wall and got horrible work done4. Kept lying and delaying the project causing me lose money and trust with my client5. Refused to answer my texts and calls6. Lied about timelines again7. Lied about escalating it to the owner. He is the OWNER!!!!8. Begged him politely to give me a real timeline even if it’s delayed but just be honest so I can manage my schedule accordingly. But nothing!!! ?9. Client called him disputed of frustration and he basically made me look like the monster. Dude I gave you business!!!! Please at least respect that.10. He told client that he will call back to provide him with the installation date but nothing yet .. been over a week.11. We regret giving him deposit now12. He has our pictures that client has sentimental attachment with which we need returned.Gosh what a nightmare this guy is!!!!!!Deeply disappointed and frustrated and sad.

Wow! I have NEVER dealt with such poor customer service and product quality. The WORST EVER experience of my life!The owner, Ari, is the most dishonest person I have ever met. He always lied and broke all his promises. After trying to resolve the issues being addressed in this review for weeks he threatened that he would go to the police and open a case of harassment against me!Due to this, l had to call my lawyer.My story:I ordered a logo sign for my wife’s office. I ordered it to be made with laser cut technology. I provided Ari with my files. He made a design which I approved. He sent me an invoice which clearly said that it would be a laser-cut sign. Mechanical Cutting, by the way, is significantly cheaper than laser cutting but the laser-cut quality is much better. Laser-cutting helps to avoid common defects: sharp edges, crooked lines, material twists, chips and cut-off pieces of material…He called me a few weeks before he made the sign and asked me if I had Vector.ai files. I said “NO” but I said I had OTHER files (.eps, .pdf, .svg). He wanted .ai files and he did not ask me which files I had. He said he would work with what he had.Finally, he produced the sign. He came to my office and showed the product. I took a quick look and let him install the sign. This was my mistake and I should have inspected the sign more carefully.Why didn’t I look more carefully? I could not even imagine that any business owner would come to his client with such work that was done so poorly and failed to meet all the client’s specifications.After Ari left my office, I noticed some defects. After taking a careful look at the sign I was shocked. It had lots of imperfections and defects: sharp edges, crooked lines, material twists, chips, cut-offs, missed parts, letters not glued and so on.I sent Ari an email with the complaint. Here is his reply: “The logo is produced exactly as per the logo you provided”.I sent him photos of all defects. He ignored my emails.I consulted with two different Signarama offices. They said it was not a laser cut method which was used to make the sign.I kept sending emails to Ari to book an appointment at his office. He ignored my emails.I went to his office a few times. It was closed most of the time.He never picked up his phone and did not reply to my messages.After trying to resolve this issue for weeks, I finally managed to meet Ari at his office in person and discussed with him the issue I had with his product. He said he had not seen the photos which I sent to him with my emails. He AGREED that the product did not meet my specifications and promised to correct the shortfall.It took about THREE MONTHS of making promises in his end such as: “waiting for material”, “I will have it ready next week” ….Finally, he promised to make a refund if I bring the sign to his office. I tried to take it off the place but it seemed the adhesive was strong. I was afraid to brake the sign and asked Ari to come and take it off.I’ve never heard from him again.So. Now I believe that the only way to resolve the issue is to consider a court action against Ari, seeking damages and legal costs.Update:I ordered another Logo Sign with another company. I provided them with the same files. It took them a couple of minutes to fix the file to be used for laser cutting. I put my order on Friday and got the sign installed two days later on Monday!We removed the Ari's sign. The removal of the sign DAMAGED my front desk glossy white surface! The glossy layer got torn off the surface! See the photo.I sent Ari a message that I can return his sign. NO RESPONSE!If you want to deal with Ari, please think twice, read his Google reviews carefully, ask for warrantees and refund policy, do not make large deposits, have everything in writing, inspect all his work carefully…BETTER OFF FIND SOMEONE ELSE AND AVOID HIM AT ANY COST. DO NOT TRY YOUR LUCK. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND NERVES.

I was looking for a large piece with more purple in colors and came across this site, ? they made changes to something that I already liked. Just got my pieces and they're gorgeous ? I recommend you to the world starting with my mom she wants prints done.

I was in a rush to get a couple of prints done for a presentation the day of. I called multiple stores and non were able to deliver in such short notice. Luckily I found Pics Alive. Ari was incredibly helpful as he re-arranged his schedule to deliver my prints within an hour's notice. The product he delivered was of high quality and quite aside from all that, I was happy to have met Ari himself. I definitely recommend this place!

Pics Alive is AMAZING! I just happened to be walking by one day and out of the blue saw a beautiful painting of Jimi Hendrix that I knew my husband would love. (me too) It turns out that it is an original by the owner! Ari is very talented and very professional. He was able to make it exactly how I wanted and it shows beautifully in my home. I cannot say enough about the quality and level of service. It is just fantatsic!

This is the first time I used PicsAlive and it definitely won’t be my last. I brought in my canvas print so it can be framed and PicsAlive did a perfect and seamless job. I had an aluminum print made 7 months ago from Pics Alive and from then until now I had the print in three places; my house, a gallery (for two weeks) and a store for a couple of days without it being damaged at any of these locations. The upmost care was given by myself and the gallery. At the store where we put a price tag on the print with scotch tape and soon after the tape took off some parts of the print. Aluminum prints will give you problems if stored in freezing or really hot temperatures...but my print was never stored under those conditions. It doesn't excuse the fact that the print was doing that. Also, there were no instructions on the care for this specific item from Pics Alive or their supplier for that matter.I brought this concern to the store owner/creative director - Ari Momeni. At first he sounded a little sincere over the phone and told me he would refund my money...so I brought the print to Pics Alive to show him what happened. He was avoiding my concern and started making up things by saying that I was damaging it on purpose to get a free print. I didn't want a free print, I just told him the issue and he offered me a refund, but I never received it. Customer service and client relations should be the number one priority when it comes to any company, this "professional" failed at both.DO NOT BUY OR PRINT FROM THIS COMPANY
