Very poor quality and they take no responsibility,our cabinets start peeling off after 2 years it looks like a disaster for a luxury renovated home in a luxury neighbourhood of toronto , I attached the pictures of our cabinets and i am keep asking them to fix the problem since 2020 and no result! I don’t recommend them at all ! Very poor costumer care and very poor quality of work. They confirmed there was a problem with their paint but they never solved the issue! So embarrassing!

Great kitchens with phenomenal customer service. I have cabinets 30+ years old and Nima still supplies me with hardware cost free. Not that the hardware fail regularly.

Very obviously dishonest and unprofessional. We came in with exact specs and were very clear about our needs. After quoting us what seemed like a fair price, Mario then kept raising the price over the next few meetings, until we were suddenly 35% over budget for the exact design and measurements we'd agreed on when we had our first meeting. My advice is to be very very careful and make sure every single screw and hinge is in writing. Not a place I'd recommend doing business with.

Installed expensive quartzite counter tops. After about 8 months they displayed stain near sink perimeter, wherever stone was cut. Owner Nick took months to return my calls. Very unprofessional, very poor service.. Would never use use or recommend them. Stay away.Response to apology:I received your reply that you were sorry. Unfortunately after many months of pleading/begging for support with no response from Nima (specifically Nick), the apology does not help me. Additionally, as a customer, the fact you subcontract the counter tops is not my issue - I hired and paid Nima. Nima should advocate my issues for me, Nima should be the one who defends me to their subcontractors.Frankly, shameful inaction and unless Nima wanted to offer something now, years later, I would not recommend Nima to anyone and remain very disappointed, tens of thousands of dollars later.Service: Custom cabinet design & installation
