Staff are horrible. I asked for help finding a size and got told in such a rude, disgusting manner, “whatever’s on the shelf is what we have”. She was too busy conversing with another staff member about life problems. This store has 5+ staff working on the floor on Saturdays, however they are still lazy to help.Definitely do not recommend this store. Customer service needs huge improvements!

I was a greeted by a male team member with a big smile and waves with both hands (he made a rainbow with his hands).He also cashed me out at the end, entertained me with a casual conversation, and then spun my purchase with his finger as if it was a basketball.I'm sorry I can't remember your name, but thank you for giving me a unique experience for a change. I hope you enjoy what you do and I'm glad you can have fun at work?

Very long lineup on Boxing day. Found out that no additional discount on Boxing Day than previous 2 weeks. So buy whatever you want in last 14 days of Boxing Day and you will get the same price of Boxing Day. No need to line up. I checked the price of shoes as per picture before 14 days and the same price on Boxing Day.

Brandon at this store easily has the BEST customer service I've ever seen! So incredibly helpful and kind despite the store closing in 5 minutes and my friend needing lots of help! Answered all her questions and helped her find everything she needed right before her trip. Such great customer service and will definitely be coming back, thank you Brandon!!!

The real Black Friday deals are in Nike factory outlet in Vaughan Mills. They have large amazing collection of shoes. I don’t like the clothes collection but great deals on shoes.

The worst customer service I had. I asked the male associate if we had any other colors for the Dri fits, and he said that's whatever we had. Does not even bother checking or anything. On top of that what is up with the "slang talk", you are working in a retail store. Where is the professionalism? Also, you have retail associates browsing during retail hours not asking any questions or if you need help. I got turned off and ended up going back to Reebok, rather than shopping here.

I come in and the selection was alright and had a hard time finding what I wanted but a real nice guy named Abdul I think his name was helped me find what I had wanted and ensured everything looked nice and fitted?

We wanted to avoid the Black Friday madness on the actual day, so we came to shop the day before. There were already many promotions on clothing and footwear.After browsing the footwear aisles, I tried on a few pairs of running shoes, but they didn't fit right. I pulled one last pair from the sale racks along the walls, and these were much better.There were quite a few sales staff roaming around. I didn't require or ask for any assistance, so I'm not sure how helpful they are. There were a few cashiers, so the wait in the checkout line wasn't too bad. The cashiers seemed to be a friendly bunch.

This is the Nike store in the mall. This place is spacious and well divided into clothing, shoes, and accessories. The men's, women's, and kids' corners are well categorized. It felt like there weren't enough employees to ask questions, and when I got there, there was only one employee at the checkout counter. It would be good to allocate the number and arrangement of employees well.

Great outlet staff is always friendly, very helpful. I was able to find something that I didn’t know. Still existed by asking one of the reps and they were able to find it for me.

Great prices every time! Usually a line outside of the store, but it moves fast! Can't go wrong getting a fresh pair of Nikes.

Nice shoes, nice prices, nice staff. Lots of sizes compared with other shoe stores in the mall. Nike and Jordan shoes for all ages and fair prices.

I was helped by a knowledgeable staff to find the right type of shoe and orient myself among the different technologies used to make shoes.I was lucky because they had a sale and it felt extra good to be here today.
