The lady who served me today was extremely pushy to try and get me to buy a machine. Kept telling me it's a good deal when I obviously found a better deal already. When I told her that I didn't get the offer email she kept telling me that I've gotten it. Why the heck would I bother telling you that I didn't get it when I did? Extremely disappointed.. this store is under poor management.. I noticed that it is not only me who had this experience.

I wanted to share my review as my most recent experience at this location has truly left me upset. This location is always very crowded and the most unfriendly as well. I come here often only because it is my nearest location. The last 4 times I have been here, I have been assisted by the same girl who is the most unhelpful and rude empolyee I have met at this location. My husband and I had a few questions in regards to a product. She was very annoyed by our questions and while my husband and I were discussing which pods we would like to get she interrupts us and goes "Ok so what do you want?" while my husband and I are discussing which we'd like to try. So we were rushed to make a decision. She didn't try to help us with our questions in regards to the products we were discussing, no suggestions, nothing. She wanted us to make a purchase and get out. Not to mention even before we started chatting with her not one employee here would help us or make eye contact. Yikes, what is up with the employees here? Nespresso, I hope you take some action and look into this. This is awful!

Tom was very helpful and he made my day. WIth new policies in place I am stuck with boxes of coffee I can't drink. Tom went above and beyond to help me, then spent time with a friend for samples and explaining different machines.

My experience at the Nespresso store was a complete disaster. I had to endure an agonizingly long wait in line, only to have my order mishandled. The cashier failed to include one of my items, and upon returning to rectify the mistake, she displayed no apology for her oversight. To add insult to injury, she also gave me the wrong coffee. It's clear that this store has consistent issues, as evident from other negative reviews. Avoid it at all costs.

Customer service is very poor in this location.They may be short staffed. You need to wait in line for an unreasonable time. Only two cashiers working. Staff are very unfriendly which is not a surprise with such workload.

I see a lot of the negative reviews here and I’m not sure if there’s been a change or if something else has happened but I had an excellent experience there just this week. There was no line out the door. However, I did see that there were times when there was a line. I’m not sure why they’re doing that, but it was pretty simple for me to see someone right away. Ajith and Saurabh helped me out. I wanted to get a new machine and they were sold out of some of them but I was considering different options. Eventually, I chose a different machine that they had. I had some questions and needed some support and asked if I could speak to the manager, who is Megan. Megan was very helpful and explained to me what needed to be done and in offering me a solid deal because I’ve been a long time customer of Nespresso. Though it took a while to get things done, this was partially because of what I was asking for.

I had an exceptional experience here today with Megan at the Vaughan Mills location. She was very patient and knowledgeableand was happy to let me sample what I was interested in purchasing. She gave me some great recommendations based on what I was looking for and I left the store very happy with the experience that I had.. and that really was all thanks to Megan!

Why are we being lined up like cattle with a shepherd (not doing anything) when there’s only three other customers in the store? Great customer experience guys! 10 minutes so far? Is there diamonds in the back somewhere maybe?

Went there on Sunday and was surprised about this practice. I know during COVID there were restrictions to the amount of customers in at one time, however when I got there I was asked to wait outside & stand in line with another customer. Meanwhile there were ONLY 2 customers in the entire store with 3 staff on the floor and one in the back getting the products. Now if this is an attempt to make it look busy it’s a joke. Yes pass it on, pat me on the back and move on, no problem. I’m sure IF I come back I’ll stand in line again. I can’t stand imagine would you do when there are 3 CUSTOMERS.

Don’t even come to this location. You won’t even be recognized, you’re invisible like a ghost, smh!!! Went in earlier today with my hubby & our son (Sat, June 24 around 2pm ish) We walked right into the store, no line ups and were looking around, waiting to be helped. No one asked if we needed help, no one even approached us. So I’m waiting in line behind another customer that’s being cashed out, the worker (lady with the clipboard) approached the worker (guy) that’s cashing out the customer, and tells him to help out other people, WHILE I’m standing behind waiting to cash out. Oh, of course… we’re just invisible. Then I go to another cashier and ask if I can purchase, she tells me I have to line up. I was like what? We’ve been waiting around the store and no one’s come up to us or asked if we needed help… I even told the lady that had the clip board in her hand that she saw me standing in line WAITING and she’s like “yeah…” but she was still telling me to line up. forget it. Just ended up leaving the store.

I always visit nespresso boutiques whenever I'm near to one. It's my second time visiting the Vaughan Mills branch, and it's always a bad experience every time. It's summer and Nespresso just released their new flavors for summer, but you won't get to taste any coffee from this boutique. I requested the new flavor, but they said they're only offering Ice forte, but then at the end, they don't have ice cubes, and that accdg to them their bar needs renovations. But it's there and it's not taped off or anything. Oh well, what's the use of telling customers "Discover the taste..." or "Summer Collection has arrived..." when you're treated this bad. I'm also a club member and my reason to taste the new flavors is to decide whether I'm buying or not. Nevertheless, I will not go near this nespresso boutique again.

If I could rate this store 0 stars I would, they never have any of the “gifts” when purchasing in store. The store manager is absolutely useless and should not have such a title.The young man who served me was very friendly however there store manager is a poor representation of someone who does good business.

I do not even want to give one star. I have teo machines virtuo and regular one. Recently bought cold brew style, but the employee did not even mention that capsules are different and exclusively use for specific machines. I have been to several Nespresso places, but I will never visit this place ever.
