Now I'm starting to understand why people dislike and avoid these kinds of employees, and I personally will avoid doing business with Mr. Lube as long as I see them.
This is based on, TAKE NOTE, an actual experience from Mr. Lube and not a biased opinion.
I was supposed to be gone for a long trip to the US but had to drop by for a quick Synthetic Oil Change at this Mr. Lube.
I had already left for the trip when I noticed my tire pressure fluctuating unevenly for the FIRST TIME, which was odd. I went out to check my tires and saw that they were missing the tire caps. No wonder. I did a full check on my vehicle that morning since I had to drive long to the States, and I am 200% sure that my tire caps were all present. So how could I lose them when I have only gone to Mr.Lube that morning??
So I drove back there despite being already far from Vaughan, which is by the way, very frustrating. I talked to the manager which he responded that he will check the cameras and have also provided new tire caps but what offends me the most is that all of their employees, all of their kind and at least 8-9 of them, had to come out and gang up on me, surrounding me and my car saying words in their language and saying that I am lying and that I did not have any tire caps when he didn't even perform the service for me. So how in the world would he know? He was the same employee on Bay 1 who looked at me like he was going to harm me when I refused all his coworker's upsell on my vehicle.
How is it necessary for them to all come outside and gang up on a customer like that, talking in their language like I'm a bad person for communicating respectfully about how they lacked doing their service to my vehicle? How will that make you feel if you were in my situation, Mr.Lube ?
I chose Mr.Lube to service my vehicle today, and I can clearly see now how that was a very bad decision. And because of this experience, I will denounce Mr.Lube and will not recommend their services to ALL of the people I know, while telling them about how my experience with them have made me feel as a returning customer. I will never return to Mr.Lube again and will never recommend their services to everyone I know from today.

I recently visited Mr. Lube for a simple oil change, but I was disappointed by the aggressive upselling tactics. The technician kept pushing additional services like fluid top-ups, oil flushes and filters, which I didn’t need. I could even hear the same exact lines being used by employees in the two bays beside me—clearly a script they follow to pressure customers. It felt more like a sales pitch than a straightforward service. If you're just looking for basic maintenance without all the extras, I'd recommend being cautious here.

Had a great experience with Dushi at Vaughan location! He helped us fix a tire pressure issue quickly and efficiently. The whole process was fast, convenient, and stress-free. Awesome service. Even though I bought under coating from another Mr. Lube location and it was going to expire with in the year, the manager Preet said they were going to do the under coating rust protection for me anyways. Originally the employee said I had to go back to the same Mr. Lube where I purchased the year of rust protection be the store manager Preet helped me out.
