“After having my THIRD android phone inexplicably in my hands in less than a year (yes, really). I decided enough is enough…..I decided to make the switch to an iPhone.I know pretty much nothing about cell phones, but I live and die with my calendar, my contacts and my email. I was very worried about losing some or all of this data when I switched. I went to the Albion Mall Virgin Store and staff member Shee handled my new phone transition with professionalism. “Based on Zoran's service at this location, not Koodo in general.I had a severely horrible experience at Mobile Klinik at Colossus (Woodbridge.) [For those who don't know (like I didn't until that practically criminal experience at Mobile Klinik), Telus (who own MK) also owns Koodo.]Fast forward to the part where I've had to purchase a new phone, and shop for a new plan after MK gave it to me up the rump. After many visits and calls between the Telus store in Vaughan Mills and Koodo Mobile, I desperately attempted to resolve the original phone problem here in the Yorkdale Koodo store. It was my lucky day to be served by Zoran here. He listened carefully to what I needed, and methodically approached my problem with a knowledegable thoroughness that was impressive. Once I was satisfied in terms of having to kiss my old plan goodbye, he then went above and beyond helping me find the new one I was forced to buy. Next time I'm in Yorkdale, I owe him a donut along with my 100% satisfied gratitude.”

“The sales rep Ekta was very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in helping to completely fix a major problem that allowed me to keep my number and receive the best available plan options. I highly recommend this location inside Yonge Sheppard Centre.While I was signing up for a new activation the previous day, a different sales rep at the Agincourt Scarborough store somehow managed to install a different customer's sim card in my phone, did not return my old sim card nor inform me to keep it and ended up losing it. This caused my phone to be registered with the wrong number.”
