Bought furniture through Costco through Mazin furniture supplier.
I hope Costco will never do business with this company again!
I had to change my love seat, it was sagging when sat on to one side ... then the three seater left side electronic recline switch stopped working ... poor customer support. I got that working then a two years later the loveseat left side control stopped working! I asked where to buy the parts and never heard back. I found the company by searching on the net and ordered the part. The review is generous by allowing one star as this company deserves no star and deserves to let clients know do not do business with such an establishment, you will be dishearten at their despicable poor performance!

Terrible. Purchased 2 loveseats and 2 rocker recliners Jan. 2022. Within 1 month the seating area started showing a marked decline where we sat and the retailer wouldn't take the items back, now there is a broken spring in one of the loveseats, just 18 months later. It appears that the spring is in such a place that it can't be fixed. We are seniors and the seating doesn't get a lot of hard use. Disgusted with everything, including the retailer.
