Very disappointed and worst customer service experience.Had a disappointing experience with Lily Jewels at Vaughan Mills. Ordered an engraved necklace that faded within a month, contrary to promises of durability. When contacting customer service about the issue, faced poor communication and was labeled rude. The representative refused to assist and suggested discussing the matter with the manager only on specific days, disregarding job constraints. Request for manager contact or leaving a note was declined, and the call ended abruptly. Overall, a frustrating encounter, and would not recommend.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Lily Jewels, both in terms of their customer service and the product itself. The customer service was notably lacking, with unhelpful responses and a lack of resolution to my concerns.Moreover, the product quality did not meet my expectations. Colud not reflect the promised standard of excellence. I found myself disappointed with both the overall buying experience and the final product.I hope Lily Jewels takes this feedback constructively to improve their services and products for future customers.

TARNISHED SO QUICK AND GOT LIED TOO ABOUT MATERIAL OF THE BRACELETI got this bracelet as a gift from Lily Jewels and it was so so beautiful but completely tarnished. The length was too long so i got it shortened and adjusted to my length and the comparison colour between the adjusted part and the actual bracelet is crazy. My bracelet was gold and the seller mentioned that the bracelet was stainless steel which is a lie, this is straight copper. turned my arms green and looks extremely cheap when this bracelet was over $70..HORRIBLE JEWELRY THAT IS NOT STAINLESS STEEL AND NOT DURABLE. you might as well get your jewelry from the dollar store, it would last longer then this scamming / lying / brand.in the photos, i’ve compared the before and after of this bracelet. It was so pretty. too bad it was actually made of copper not stainless steel. Got scammed!!NEVER shopping here ever again.it’s literally brown and smells like coins…

I went to Vaughan Mills today and bought a pair of pretty hoop earrings as a gift from Lily Jewels. Jessica, the salesperson was really great. It was quite busy, but she was attentive and showed me several pieces until I decided what I wanted. I was really happy with my purchase. Thank you Jessica!

Would honestly give 0 stars if I could. Purchased a “stainless steel” ring and within ten days the SUPERGLUED gem fell right off. When I FINALLY got ahold of customer service I was told “we didn’t say it was all stainless steel” what a horrible horrible scam this company is

I bought some baltic amber jewellery from them at the CNE at discounted prices that had of course, the terms of final sale on said discounted items. Those that complain of this no return, no refund final sale policy aren't aware of how things work in the actual retail world. I will include very nice customer service.
