Hello,
I bought a dress from Laura and went back to return the dress after 3 weeks. The staff at the counter let me know that they can accept the return if it is within 2 weeks and i requested saying that I assumed it was 1 month and the seal on the package was also never opened. They accepted to take it back but at a lower price saying the price of the dress went down and also they put me in a spot saying I will have get another item as exchange to the dress and it had to be done at that moment. This was not at all customer friendly as I had already agreed for a lower price for the dress that i had returned. The least they could have done was to put the amount on store credit. Will definitely not recommend to go the Laura outlet at Vaughan Mills. The Manager of the store didn't seem customer friendly.

I visited this store for second time because I know they have a large collection of dresses. I was lucky today that a lady named Shahla helped me to choose a dress. She was very kind, welcoming and professional. Definitely recommend.

The manager, Claudia, is extremely rude, disrespectful, and shouldn't be a manager. I’m not quite sure how she got that role. She has no etiquette or customer service skills. My mom bought a dress at 8pm Wednesday for me and i came to return it friday morning because i bought the same dress in a bigger size. Mind you, my account will corroborate that i have both dresses in different sizes and OBVIOUSLY don’t need two of the same dresses - i just didn't know which one would fit. She refused to let me return my unworn, untouched dress that was simply the wrong size. She said it wasnt in the original condition anymore but i promise there is nothing about the dress that isn’t the way i bought it. Maybe they should put it through a microscope when selling it to a customer if thats what they’re going to do when the customer tries to return it? I didn’t know i was suppose to deeply inspect the dress before purchasing it from Laura because they would turn around to be so conniving. Claudia also had a very demeaning attitude, continuously interrupted me and ran away without ending the conversation. She's a terrible representative for the company and I hope they seriously reconsider having her as a manager as that is a important role for the functioning of the entire store.

I didn’t expect much walking into the shop, but I was pleasantly surprised! They had a good selection of clothes, many of which really matched a Persian style that I appreciate. Parastoo, the shopping assistant, was incredibly helpful. She offered great suggestions and advised trying different sizes, which made all the difference. Thanks to her, everything fit perfectly in the end.

Torina at Laura Vaughan Mills was wonderful. She went out of her way to make sure me and my mother feel welcomed and helped pick out dresses for us. We can tell how much she loves her job. We left the store incredibly happy! Thank you very much!

Horrible, hostile behaviour by employees towards customers at this Laura, and general toxic environment for customers at all Laura stores. I emailed headquarters to complain about how the employee here was snatching my shopping items out of my hands, interrogating me when I didn't buy them after trying, and showing a hostile attitude overall. They replied after some time that they would send the email to some manager(s). I have gotten no follow up. Of course, a company that hires and trains hostile employees won't care about customers being treated horribly. Also, all the employees at Laura are desperate and literally stalk and harass you until you buy a few hundred bucks worth of stuff. Stay away from this low-quality, overpriced company.

Worst experience .Claudia the manager was not friendly at all. She said you could have returned it earlier!!The time that we bought this jacket, they bring it Down from manikin so she even didn’t accept that the original coat we bought was not 100% new and unworn and it doesn’t have the original condition. She did not return or exchange! She makes customers unhappy with their brand. Bad customer service for Laura vaughn mills & the management. Customer service is much more important than famous brand

On Fri Dec 30, I met an employee named Tanya, she was incredibly helpful. She was amazing at her job. She was very helpful to other staff aswell. We were watching her in line and she was helping in every way she could. Thankyou Tanya for ordering me my perfect coat and all your help. What a great employee to have working there. Good selection of dresses at a variety of prices. Service is inconsistent with sometimes pushy people, sometimes salespeople who treat me like I’m poor when I say I have a budget of $100-200, and sometimes excellent service. Typical retail variety of service.Overall better than UCM’s service and selection given the size for VM’s location.
