I wanted to give this place a chance even after seeing the negative reviews but I should’ve trusted them. I tried to ask a dress price on IG and was denied and told to come in. I came in and I was denied even trying on the dress I wanted to. I was told I could damage the new dress even tho I’m clearly a small. I was offered to try on an older design when I specifically only liked the newer design. This is absolutely ridiculous. I asked so I’m supposed to buy the dress without trying it on? The sales associate did not even care that this made no sense. Stay away! It’s very unwelcoming and their store policies make no sense!

UPDATE: Since leaving this review the owner has now blocked me on Instagram! This company should be ashamed!First time I went to this store last year for my birthday dress everything went ok.This year I messaged them on Instagram for an outfit for my birthday party, I was told the outfit was available and I could come pick it up.I live in Scarborough and drove all the way to Vaughan all for them to not have the outfit. They spent over 30 minutes looking for the outfit in this closest that was a complete mess!After awhile I had to go as I had a hair and makeup appointment and it was the day of my birthday party. The owner was not at all apologetic, she was actually wrong and strong asking me what I expect her to do. I was upset me going there was a COMPLETE waste of time, she tried to justify wasting my time by saying “well didn’t you have an appointment in Vaughan anyways” LADY that was besides the point you took time out of my day that I could of used to go look for a different outfit! I ended wearing a dress from my house and I would just say I do not recommend anybody buy anything from this store.Even the dress I wore last year on mg birthday started falling apart while I was wearing it. The material is cheap and everything is over priced.These people don’t care about their customers, the customer service is terrible and it seems the employees are lackadaisical.Up to now I have not received an apology for ruining my look for my birthday or for my time being wastedDefinitely would not recommend anybody go there cause I’m definitely not going back!

What an experience.Such a sketchy business -Coming from an easy going person who doesn’t write reviews.Employees are ridiculous and lie consistently. Unable to talk to the manager the employee kept calling.Was given a fake “text me” number where employee wasn’t sure if it was right number.Was given the wrong size and was told it couldn’t be exchanged for the correct size I asked for. ( Note both dresses in different sizes were damaged) .Was willing to support this business again but due to their terrible service I won’t part take in buying their overpriced and cheap dresses.I am not writing this review due to money and am not or never did ask for a refund or store credit. All I’m asking for is my size which I asked for, and was switched out for a size small dress with beads missing and a foundation stain.Beware shoppers, somethings not right in this small boutique.

Extremely sketchy personnel, staff, and manager, we were interested in a coat and were offered an additional 5% discount by the store employee, we were about to check out the coat when suddenly another store employee rushed to the registered and whispered something to the original employee right in front of us, all of a sudden the employee told us that she cannot give the additional discount and would give us absolutely no reason for the sudden switch up whatsoever, simply stayed silent and kept insisting that she “couldn’t”.None of our questions were assisted with and not to mention that the second employee was giving us false information about every single of one of their products from the moment we stepped into their store(did not know the size, price, originality, fur type, etc).Extremely unprofessional, extremely rude, extremely sketchy, shopping from this small little store is not worth the energy that is wasted towards dealing with these people.

The workers were so incredibly rude. Rude tone, rude look, and did not make us feel welcomed. Do not recommend buying your clothes from here.
