Pathetic Service!! Today, I visited this place had worst experience.I have asked employees working at shoe area to get me a pair of shoes for trial and not body get back to me.They pretend to be helping.Then finally someone got me shoes and I Figured out the pair of shoe was not the same size.Seriously it’s hard to believe how they are even running this store.

Worst service I have ever seen. Either the whole staff stand in corner talking or there is no one on the floor. After 10 minutes, I finally got someone to help me and first he brought the wrong style and then after another 10 minutes he came back saying he doesn’t have the size. This is third time I faced this kind of customer service from them. Even that 1 star doesn’t seem worth.

Laziest employees i have ever seen, most of them are just roaming around doing nothing. They got the sizes on display but doesn’t have that same size in the back, how is this even possible.

This review is for JD online website , horrible service, I’ve ordered online a nike blazer and another one for my wife , they shipped the order partially my wife got hers and i didn’t lol, i waited for almost 10 days for an update , and then i receive an email for a refund due to *inventory issues* be aware this company scam its clients. That was my first and last order.

Worst customer service. No one answers the customer service 1-800 number it’s been 3 weeks and I try everyday. I still haven’t received my refund it’s ridiculous.

I placed an online order and it hadn’t moved for 2 weeks. I called customer service but no one ever picked up the phone. I called the location at Vaughn and was always met with bored reception as though I was bothering them. Finally I called the 4th time this week and they were like “oh it’s ready for pick up”, like what the actual hell. I decided to go pick it up right away after work (I work downtown Toronto) only to be met by the rudest staff at the front. I was even friendly and said Hi and he didn’t respond at all. He had a bored tone the entire time and I just had to keep my cool because if I spoke my mind right there and then he would not be able to handle my choice of words. Even if he was having a bad day, you do Not treat your customers like this! If you’re miserable then hand in your resignation. I will never be shopping here ever again!

They asked people to line up and only let people in when they WANTED. When we felt the lineup wasn’t necessary because the store wasn’t packed at all and the staff turned super rude and said WE ARE OVER CAPACITY but they were just chatting with each other not helping and there were no customers at checkout.All she did within her CAPACITY was starring at us the whole time when we were at the store and standing there chatting with other staff looking pissed LMAO.A TOTAL JOKE?
