We had an exceptional experience working with the team at Invision! Roy and Dov were both incredibly professional from the time that we met them. They worked with us to figure out a flooring and painting solution that fit our needs and budget. Their team did an exceptional job with installation of our floors and stairs, and both started and completed their work on time. We would definitely use Invision again for a future project and would recommend them to any of our family and friends!

They are AMAZING! Could not recommend more, they were very patient as I selected my hardwood and ensured what I was interested in was available prior to me picking. All staff members i spoke to (Pina, Roy and Dov) were SO helpful. My dog was unwell when I was there and Pina was so kind to follow up, made us treats and overall cared about their customers and not just making the sale! They are professional very knowledgable and kind humans. Would highly recommend

I accidentally found Invision Flooring when googling for
particular (Mercier Mist Red Oak) engineered wood. Roy was professional and very knowledgeable about the wood, suppliers, installation and they had plenty of selection. He was able to offer me a very competitive price and quick delivery. Cognizant of my tight schedule Roy tracked the delivery giving me regular updates. The flooring arrived on time and the wood looks stunning - completely transformed my house. . I had to order some additional wood urgently and Dov also stepped in to enable a quick delivery. I would highly recommend Invision and the team of Roy and Dov.

This review is on the flooring we bought 800 square feet of twelve oaks brand. Dov was very knowledgeable and explained in simple terms what our options were and how to not go over budget on our flooring. He recommended the product from twelve oaks pictures from website shown. They deliver our floor and brought into house on time as promised. Dov also took care of added transit ones and bull nosing we needed. The wood looks awesome. We are very happy with our choice. I would recommend you at least give them a look when deciding on your flooring needs it was a pleasure to deal with them.

We had a great experience with Invision Hardwood & Decor and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Roy and Dov are friendly, helpful and knowledgable and Invision's installation team is excellent. Our new engineered hardwood floors are getting all sorts of compliments from family and friends. The floor vents in particular show Invision's craftsmanship and attention to detail. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Invision Hardwood & Decor.

We just completed a project with Invision (hardwood on the 2nd floor, as well as new stairs) and they were great to work with. The communication was excellent, both before and during the project. They finished quickly and the final result is absolutely amazing! The team was flexible with a few changes we made. I would definitely recommend Invision!

We had hardwood flooring installed on the full second floor of our home in October. We are very happy with the floor and the workmanship. The final product and process exceeded our expectations. Roy explained the potential hardwood options and stains in detail during the initial sales process. He was also fully involved throughout the installation and after sales to ensure everything was 100% complete and that we were completely satisfied with the installation. We found Roy to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Hat's-off also to the installation team who did excellent work, were courteous and always cleaned-up daily. My wife and I certainly highly recommend Invision based on our experience.

I usually obtain three quotes when doing a home improvements project. However when I met Dov and shared the vision of our full project in two stages I knew that Dov was the person who was going to make my vision a reality. His expertise, patient listening skills and ability to think outside the original project, provided us with an alternative solution that would deliver the best value for our budget.We replaced the front entry green ceramic tile and the eleven year old dark brown high gloss flooring in the living room, dining room and kitchen with Mercier Atmosphere Gleam matte finish hardwood flooring.The transformation exceeded our expectations. The crew who installed our flooring are true craftsmen. Dov's business partner Roy delivered the wood the day before the project started. Roy also arrived the day of the project to provide the crew with the details to complete the installation. Roy also attended on day two of the installation to ensure we were happy with the progress.Dov and Roy are the best at what they do. They are genuine, honest, respectful and truly wish the best for their clients.I would highly recommend Invision Hardwood & Decor for your next project.Lesley

We had our kitchen & front entrance replaced with vinyl flooring and Dov helped us choose the vinyl and baseboards. The installation was meticulous and it looks amazing. We are so happy with Invision Hardware & Decor.
