IKEA is a great place for budget-friendly shopping, with some products even priced lower than at dollar stores. The store layout is huge and perfect for exploring, but if you prefer a direct approach, touch-screen tablets are available throughout to help you locate items on the map. The staff are friendly and ready to assist if needed, making your visit enjoyable. The ice cream is a highlight – creamy and refreshing – though I found the hot dog a bit disappointing. It's a great place for kids I think. Saw lots of kids running around and had fun exploring. Overall, IKEA offers a mix of affordability, helpful staff, and an enjoyable shopping experience.
Will definitely try their restaurant next time. It looks like a super cozy place.

We came to this location for an online pick-up order. The order was all correct and ready to go, took 2 minutes to get it from the back and we were able to park close to the building to load the truck.

Worst customer service at the playground I ever experienced. Manager is like a robot, not really sure what is he doing there. Never go back

Often come here just for the exquisite Swedish fine dining experience. Prices are good, portions are acceptable, and consistently tasty and on the healthier side (minus the poutine and the times I get 3 hot dogs on the way out). Veggie balls over plant balls though! Keep that in mind, vegetarians.

I love walking through this store. I love how they put together room ideas as well. The staff were all helpful especially helping put the heavy boxes in my car!! Thank you staff!

Bought kitchen . Have a lot of money on IKEA gift cards. Finally figured out what I wanted to buy. Had cart full of needed stuff. Get to register check out, system will not take gift cards. They are down only for gift cards. I came all the way from Newmarket to Vaughan our nearest IKEA. Embarrassing too to leave all things in cart behind with cashier. Manager at customer service said it was IT and could do nothing about it. This is the second time I come down. I phone, no one tells you system is down for gift cards. Poor, poor customer service on honouring gift cards and communication on phones and so on. I am not pleased at all. Not even a busy day at all.

Store cannot fulfil their delivery obligations. I have rebooked a delivery for the third time and not confident it will arrive. It’s this particular store that is the problem. Not interested in empty apologies just my order. UPDATE: 4th delivery did NOT HAPPEN. Totally incompetent store. I have cancelled it.

The family and I visited IKEA for a shopping visit and the store was quite busy, as usual for a weekend. We decided to stop by the downstairs restaurant after our shopping experience and the family had both regular and veggie dogs. All the hot dogs we purchased were hot and delicious along with the cinnamon buns we took home. We want to thank the staff for their kind and friendly service.
