Toady (6 October 2024) Sunday 12.15 am . I used their washroom and washed my face . When I washed my faced , some of the water felt down on the floor. But the staff gave me the warning that I will not allow you to use the washroom if there is water on the floor. He speak very rudely and in arrogant way. He told me that who clear this . Than I cleaned the washroom over there . I don’t know his name but the behaviour of that person is not acceptable for the customer. I am a delivery person. And most of the time , I used this gas station to refill the gas of my car . He is smoking like something electronic cigarettes at the ouside of the location on the time of his duty. He is not ready to do his job on the time of duty. He just want his salary without do anything. He rose his first finger in front of me and gave me a warning.
Is it fair with me ????
Very bad experience with this person on gas station. It leave a bitter taste in my mouth. He insulted me in front of 2 person .
Just tell me how I felt at that time .
Zero star for that person .
Not even deserved a negative star.
I want never to see him in that location again .

Pretty disappointed. This place was my go to for close to a decade because it was cheaper than even the Costco. Now it’s much more expensive. I’ve since switched to a different, closer place.

I was there yesterday night and the guy who’s working at the store around 11 pm not normal no personality and I think he just came Canada few hours before and right the way hired him with out any interview bad for pioneer bad for Canada

Very very bad location and they put someone tonight for working but he don’t know any thing ,after I fill up my gas and go inside to pay for it they said our debt and credit machine it’s not working and we only accept cash . Because I don’t have cash which is it’s not my problem they keep me 1 hours in the store and don’t let me to go since I’m in rush .after they fix the machine since they keep me there and they just waste my time they don’t give me anything to at least say sorry to me pooor location
