I loved this store since the day it opened in Vaughan mills. But after today I will never be returning to this store ever again. And all because of the store manager. I received gifts for my birthday (as everyone knows I like this store) and I went to exchange it for something else since I already knew they don’t do refunds. To my surprise as soon as I went in this lady gave me very judgmental look ( may be because I am brown?) I told her I wanted to return this but I don’t have time to find something else right now ( because I went with my 1 year old) so if you can give me store credit I will be back to shop later. That girl who claimed to be store manager refused to give me store credit and insisted (forced) I buy something right now. I said I don’t want to shop right now and I am not asking for a refund but store credit so may be I will come back when I have time. She said no if you come back I won’t even exchange it for you so you only have right now. I am already very upset and told her to check my profile to see how many times I actually shop here and I am a valued client. But she was arrogant, pushy and so disrespectful that she took the clothes out of bag( which of course still has tags on but still) she smelled them. Are you kidding me ???? You treat your customers like they are trash. This store manager needs to be fired she was so hostile that when I picked something else to buy in exchange for my return she told me it is finale sale even after I paid full price for it. I said don’t worry I won’t be returning to this store anymore. Thanks honey and to that horrible customer service provider store manager that was my last visit.

Honey is one of my favorite stores to shop. But last week I came here to buy a dress. I was in a rush. I just came from the Hair Salon, I was not dressed up. I was in sweatsuit, and a hair tie. So I got the dress And the dress was almost $200. But because of the way I looked, the girl was quick to judge me to said the dress is final sale. Thinking that I'm going to wear the dress and bring it back. I went to Yokdale mall the same dress was there and it was not final sale. I'm never coming back here. Just from the experience I had at this store.

Such a beautiful positive experience shopping here today, Maya and Sonia helped me decide on accessories I needed for my trip. They always have something I don’t need but want … LOOOOL.. They carry beautiful merchandise that you can never get in a regular store it’s a boutique on it’s own. I will be back

Came in today looking for a dress to wear at my wedding reception. Was immediately greeted by Shania who was so friendly and literally pulled every white dress in the store for me. She was so helpful and accommodating. I picked my dress in less than 30 minutes. Thank you so much honey and Shania for the great experience!

July 9 tuesday 8pm. Me and my friends went to this store to find a pink dress for a wedding. Usually, I just ignored Honey, I loved their style but they don't have XL size (according to the lady at Yorkdale mall). But this time I went with my friends and checked it out. It was a busy tuesday and I'm checking pink dresses immediately a girl came and greeted me and told me we do have stretchable clothing that you can try. I did try their dresses and the girl is very helpful she gave me a safety pin, body tape, Jewerly, Shapewear, and heels.
Also a bunch of dress options to try. She is also very positive, patience and kind. Unfortunately, I didn't buy a dress because of my size. But I'm really thankful for that girl (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name) but I appreciated her effort to make me feel better, beautiful, comfortable, and confident. Thank you and God bless you.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at HONEY. I purchased three items that I thought were cute and unique, only to realize later that I could have easily found similar items elsewhere for a fraction of the price - probably between $10-$20 each. Feeling like I had been ripped off, I returned to the store the following day to request a refund, but to my dismay, I was informed that they do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
The lack of transparency about their pricing and a no refund refund policy left me feeling cheated and frustrated. Spending nearly $500 on three items that were clearly overpriced has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I can confidently say that I will never shop at HONEY again. I would caution all potential customers to be wary of their pricing practices and lack of customer-friendly policies. A truly disappointing experience that I do not wish upon anyone.

I came to the store on Wednesday to look for a dress for a wedding I found a one , it was the first store I went to I FaceTimed my husband in the store and showed him the dress. He said it was really nice. But look around at a couple other stores I said well I’m just gonna get it and I’ll still have a look at other stores I’m guessing the girl that wanted to make the sale so badly overheard me So the dress was full price I paid for it And then she looks at me after I paid for it and goes. Oh, it’s final sale. and I say to her why is it final sale? Is it discounted and she’s like oh no it’s because some people wear the dress and try to return it trying to insinuate that I was going to do that was extremely insulting first and foremost second of all the return policy is right there on the front, saying that you have 14 days for exchange or store credit as long as the tag is on and it’s not worn obviously if I went around the mall to shop around to see if there was any other dresses it would not have been used or worn for me to bring it back to exchange, but I felt like she did that purposely because she overheard my conversation and she didn’t want me to look around at any other store and she just wanted to make the sale so desperately that’s extremely poor customer service and if something is final, you need to tell the customer before they pay for it not after they pay for it. You take a stamp and just decide out of nowhere that you’re going to make it final sale so needless to say, I will not be shopping at honey at Vaughan Mills anymore Because that was extremely wrong and insulting.

When I walked into the store, a girl (I do not remember if she told me her name) greeted me kindly and asked me if I was finding something specific for an occasion. She was very patient and kind with me, found many styles of dresses for me, and continuously made suggestions and searched for more dresses according to what I preferred.
Other store employees were also very friendly, some giving insight into the dress straps and how they could be altered in many ways.
I have little experience purchasing dresses. However, the employees at this store made the experience feel comfortable.

the quality of the clothes isn’t great for the price tag… you can get the same design or better from an online shop and pay half the price (even after shipping and duties)Some of the staff are nice but some are super pushy for a sale in a way that is so obvious it makes me uncomfortable and I end up leaving without buying.
