Unfortunately, the other elderly lady wasn’t very professional in the way she interacted with me. I’m sorry to say this but she was a bit rude. Anyway, I purchased an M12 1/2” stubby impact wrench, and it’s a 10/10—very unique and reliable!”
“I am beyond impressed with Mohamed and his team. I would say the thing that really sets him apart from others is, he really truly cares about his clients, and goes well beyond the call of duty to ensure that things get done properly and on time. He also is the only contractor that I interviewed that took the initiative to come up with creative ideas on how to make my shower bigger in my very small dated en suite bathroom. Bottom line, he truly cares and has an amazing eye for design. The entire process from the beginning to the end was completely stress-free, and he was a joy to work with. He also has amazing trades that have been with him for many years, which says a lot about him. They were all very professional and respectful. The end result is an absolutely stunning beyond my imagination en suite bathroom. This could not have happened without Mohamed and his dedication and great ideas. He was always very communicative throughout the entire process and always onsite to supervise to ensure everything got done properly. He was truly a joy to work with. Needless to say, I would use him again in a heartbeat, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends.

“Today I went to pick up 30 bags of garden soil & had encountered checkout issue at cashier but the customer experience received from their HR associates Vinod & Jasmeen had made up as it had exceeded my expectations. They offered to open up drive through & load for me, & went an extra step to look for plastic sheet to cover my truck before loading. At the end, Vinod even run to open the gate for me to leave ! Kudos to the Home Depot team as it had left me with such a great feeling to start my day! Thanks Vinod & Jasmeen! You’re the best!”

“Went to home depot to get an Oven, Cooktop, and dishwasher and I was given an absolute treat of having a man named Henry help me. Took his time to help me understand what would best suit my kitchen, went over prices and how I could keep it in my budget since that was a big concern of mine, he also helped me sign up for a discount to open more room for me to get something nicer under my budget. Thank you Henry, you were very helpful!”

“On June 4, 2024, my husband and I (both seniors), were at the HD 3155 Hwy 7 to buy the Sherwood/Hampton Gazebo. The staff were extremely helpful in locating the gazebo box and using a lift to bring it onto the buggy & into our car. I was especially impressed with the cahier, ASHISH, who took care of my sale with patience (despite that the cash computer was not cooperating). He didn't stop there, he helped JAVIER & ADEBAYO in dismantling the box so that it could fit into the car. Was not an easy task, but all 3 did it with a smile & cooperation. Finally, my husband tried to tip each one of them and all 3 declined, saying its company policy not to accept tips. I enjoyed my experience yesterday & the value which was on sale. I trust these boys who showed respect for seniors like us are acknowledged for their fine attitude. Thank you. Sakina Virjee”
