“Purchased two large indoor plants for our reception area to complete our renovation and refurnishing project. We also purchased some smaller plants and other items for other areas of the clinic. The products are stunningly beautiful and realistic. The stuff at homesense doesn't come close. The staff were very helpful in wrapping up our purchases and assisting us with loading everything into the car. We've received several compliments on the plants in only two days and lots of inquiries about where to buy them!”

The store layout is huge and perfect for exploring, but if you prefer a direct approach, touch-screen tablets are available throughout to help you locate items on the map. The staff are friendly and ready to assist if needed, making your visit enjoyable. The ice cream is a highlight – creamy and refreshing – though I found the hot dog a bit disappointing. It's a great place for kids I think. Saw lots of kids running around and had fun exploring. Overall, IKEA offers a mix of affordability, helpful staff, and an enjoyable shopping experience.
Will definitely try their restaurant next time. It looks like a super cozy place.”
“Marco was very, very sweet and professional, and although I tried to leave him a tip, he said he couldn't accept it! Shame on IKEA Vaughan for interfereing in the transaction of happy client and ikea worker! Service indystry workers are some of the hardest working and most poorly paid workers They should be allowed to accept tips as any restaurant would do! Very poor company policy...likely created by management who makes better wages and works better hours. I thought IKEA was ethical!

I bought a one 4 seater sofa almost a year back and then decided to get same sofa from Kimberly, so ordered same 4 seater sofa but mistakenly wrong fabric colour number was added to my order, I received my sofa In 2 weeks but noticed it's not the same colour. I brought the pictures to Kimberly and she instantly got her shop manager to check the sofa at my house and got me new sofa match exact same colour and style in 3 days.
I am so amazed with her customer service, highly recommend for latest and designer furniture at Kimberly Capone store.
