I got a refurbished counter-depth French door fridge from this company a couple of days ago. Hawai was very nice and accomodative. I was looking for no scratch no dent. She noticed though a problem with the one I was supposed to buy first (there was an unnoticed dent), and suggested a better one, more expensive though in fact, but almost at the same price for me. The delivery guys were great, no scratches on the hardwood or walls, and my kitchen is not an easy location in the house to get a fridge there. For now the fridge is working ok.UPD: The fridge broke down in 9 months. Compressor and electronic boards. No sense to fix.

Do NOT buy anything from these dishonest people! I bought an electric stove - I asked to test it to see if it worked at the store before purchasing it & the manager, Phil, said they can't test it on-site (which turned out to be a lie) but he assured me it worked. Once delivered, I discovered that it didn't work. I called to ask Phil to honour the warranty by either repairing or replacing it as he initially said they would. He refused to repair it but said once they get a stove in stock they would replace it. He said they had none at all in stock because it was, in his words, "not stove season". He initially said that he would have one in by the end of the month. The month ended & then he said that he would have one by the end of the next month. It has been over 3 months since purchase now & still no replacement. We decided to 'surprise him' by going to the store & he suddenly had one, though earlier on that very same day on the phone he lied, insisting that there were still none in stock. When caught & called out on his lie, he became extremely rude, swearing & became very confrontational with my sister & 70 year old mother, all but forcibly kicking them out, which they recorded. After being strung along for months without a functional stove I was forced to spend hundreds of dollars to have it repaired out of my own pocket. I intend to take them to court for my repair & legal costs. I also intend to have their business practices investigated by the appropriate governing bodies so they can't continue to do this to other customers. Do yourself a favour. Do not give this company your money.

Don't ever buy from them. The worst customer service experience I've had in my life. The owner simply said it's my business and I can do whatever I want. Owner very rude and disrespectful. They lied to me twice. They said that they have the product I'm looking for and When I'm there first time they gave me shredder was not working, second time they gave me the shredder that owner was using. And told me come in 20-30 days and I will exchange it for you. It's just so silly. Honestly this is not a way to deal with customers.

Do not go to this place. The man who works there, Phil, is incredibly dishonest and disrespectful. He will seem nice at first until anything goes wrong with your product, and there's a great chance that your product will be defective. At that point, he will give you the run around until you just get so fed up you give up, and if you continue to pursue he will get incredibly nasty. Read the reviews and don't be fooled. Save yourself the headache and money and buy elsewhere.

Not only were the people VERY rude, the item wasn't delivered to me (3 weeks now.) They came at a time when I told them I wouldn't be home, and then they wanted another 50$ to attempt delivery again.Stay away.

Purchased new "floor model" from "Best buy". I was OK to accept a couple of dents, but after "John, Phil" he actually answers to all names, the problems started. 8 weeks later no fridge, he was going to borrow his bosses Suburban and deliver, I said No, and hired a moving company to meet me on location and move properly. During 8 weeks, multiple conversations, multiple excuses, true scammer. Fridge has never worked, bbb didn't do anything, consumer protection, wrote him a letter, but that resulted in John or Phil to call him and he will send his Tech out to Diagnose!! Save your money, wherever you buy appliances call manufacturer and confirm that the company selling them is authorized to do so! We learned a $3000 lesson, no help from goverment agencies, once you give this company your money, you are on your own! Stay away from here, and also don't buy Samsung, irrepairable and Samsung does not care to do anything either!! If I could rate less then a star I would! Good luck LegalEagle!!

DO NOT GIVE PHIL YOUR MONEY! We bought a floor model dishwasher off him from an ad on Kijiji and got sold a broken unit. He won't refund the money, claimed to want to help us get Bosch to repair or replace the unit, and now won't return our calls and has gone completely silent. Phil is a liar and a con-artist. Avoid!

If you have been scammed from this store, FILE A CONSUMER COMPLAINT WITH THE MINISTRY OF CONSUMER SERVICES. That is the only way we can stop companies like this that are dishonest. Obviously not everything they sell is defective, but when it is, they will not refund your money because it's their store policy (regardless of the fact the policy is breaking the consumer protection act). Phil should be in jail as he is completely dishonest, has no regard for the law, and will give you the "run-around" for months until you give up. DON'T GIVE UP! LET'S GET THIS BUSINESS SHUT DOWN!!

Purchased a microwave , found a large dent in bottom when we took it out of the box .Owner refused to give a refund , even though he could not replace it with same model . Because we did not want to loose the money we took a lower quality model which was also defective . Samsung will not honour warranty ,because hi tech is not an authorized dealer .The worst experience ever .
