Nikole - thanks for your spontaneity in extending help to me when I visited the store to buy my daughter some clothes from Garage. Honestly, I don’t know much about women clothes but thankfully your help proved to be consequential. Great to witness such courtesies and efficiency. I got what my daughter wanted in literally 5 minutes. I wish we had more people like Nikole in the merchandise business. Well done!

I have very bad experience with this store in Vaughan mills mainly becoz of the lady Simone B who is working in that store . This person has literally had some problems. If we standing in the store she will say u can’t stand here , move there , then move there , not here move there etc… For a 500sqft store where people has to stand . Yesterday again the same person Simone B , same incident. I kind of felt it is kind of racism this person is doing. I am returning an item which I bought couple days back where there is a small stain of lip stick which must have happened when 100ppl tries it . I returned the items in the same condition i got from the store .She is telling me she will do a favour by giving store credit . Garage sell a damaged item and they r doing me a favor ???Then after lot of confrontation she gave a return. Unbelievable. Garage employees has to make sure they r selling saleable items to the customers . Garage should understand that ur items r not cheap either .I am sure lot of customers will have complaint about this person

Sales at fitting room tonight are very rude, not only one, there were 3 sales asked me to stand back all the time without telling me where the line started, there were just literally 2 people in line… at the same time they were laughing and whispering, they are very rude are mean to customers, more importantly, their behavior is racism, because they didn’t say anything to the girl before me. She stood the same spot as me.

My daughter and I went to this store in Vaughan mills Toronto for shopping yesterday.We were in fitting room line for half an hourWhen it was our turn, there was only one empty room and my daughter went there first.I was in line for a few more minutes until another room became empty.Then one of the employees show me that room and told me go there. When she was hanging my clothes in thatroom, a lady named “Simone” came and took my clothes and said I have to go back to the end of the line and it's someone else's turn.I tried to explain to her that it was my turn and I was on the line but she didn't listen to me!Even the other ladies in the line said that it was my turn! But she didn’t listen and she didn’t care.I didn't want to ruin my daughter's day because of a rude person so I just stood in a corner for my daughter to try and choose her clothes. And I didn’t try my clothes.But we are very disappointed! Please check your camera and you will understand better what I am talking about! We will never return to this store in this mall! and we will tell to all our friends about this store, But I decided to write here so you know how she treats your loyal customers!

Entered to buy a swimming suit, I went up to a nice girl who was new and asked her about where the baithing suits were and she helped me. Not a second after her manager comes up to her and gets her in trouble for “chatting”. We were not chatting, she was doing her job. I can tell management is mean to the employees. This upset me so much as she was literally just trying to help.

After COVID-19, I had been a bit insecure to shop around. I was approached by a friendly, vibrant, and extremely kind associate, I think her name was Trish (I forgot because it was a few weeks ago), but she provided me with phenomenal customer service - I never received such great service before. She helped me one-on-one and brought back my confidence I felt I lost. Often times, when we go shopping, sales associate are so busy trying to sell a product or get a customer to buy, Trish was patient and so kind to me in selecting clothes from their new collection that would best suit me and the look I was going for in my weekend out. I originally came in for a pair of leggings, and left with a whole new wardrobe! Once again, customer service was above and beyond. My shopping experience felt so personalized and real.

I was returning something and the funniest most absurd instructions followed..Apparently when you are returning something, head office has instructed the employees to toss us a basket where we lay the clothes in- tags hanging off the edge of the basket so they can scan them...Once I left, what were they going to do with the clothes? How were they planning on handling them so that they get back on to the shelves/hangers? Were they instructed by upper management to give the clothes a bath?

Annie (the Asian girl with blonde hair) was such a great help, she was so kind and sweet, and she went above & beyond to help me find the products I was looking for. Very happy!! She should be employee of the month 100%!!! Thank you for all your help Annie ❤️❤️
