I purchased rubber dumbbell weights online band chose the option to pickup at a distribution center. The purchase was extremely easy and the item was ready for pickup in less than 1 business day. I highly recommend Fitness’s Avenue to anyone looking to purchase fitness equipment.

I would have given it a full 4-5stars.However, the only gripe I really have is with the fact that the original in store shopping option had closed.The people working at this current location were amazing, when I showed up expecting a show room only to find that it was closed and now only a wear-house I was a bit disappointed. But all it took was a small walk around to the back where the lovely staff helped me purchase an item.If you do plan on going in person to buy the item, I highly suggest making sure it’s what you want, because you will NOT get the chance to try it out.

From the ease of ordering, stock availability, excellent pricing, pick-up process, and interactions with customer service regarding questions, I've always had an amazing experience. I bought a Nordic Track 1250 Commercial treadmill from Fitness Avenue that was delivered and assembled 2 days ago. The entire experience from customer service scheduling the date to it being delivered and assembled was amazing and flawless! The staff were respectful, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely buy from them again!

I had originally reviewed Fitness Avenue poorly, because of a mistake regarding my pick up date that led me to travel unnecessarily to the location and come back home empty handed. By default Fitness Avenue does not deliver to my location, however, they worked on a solution for my problem.Customer service apologized for the mistake and explained it was a human mistake, and the most important thing for me is that they demonstrated they care about their customers and they fixed my order issue.Because of the above, it would not be fare for me to leave them with a poor review here. After resolving this with their customer support today, I feel comfortable to continue to do business with them in the future.If you got a problem it is your job as a customer to reach out, I did it and Fitness Avenue dealt with it professionally.I'm leaving a 4 star because their website also showed me the pick up location to be Barrie, but emailed me Toronto.I can only say for sure that the website showed Barrie as the only location available for these items because I had a witness beside me while doing the purchase.The store hours for Barrie includes Saturdays, so when I received confirmation for pick up on Saturday in Toronto it didn't raise suspicion, leading to this initially frustrating experience.

The treadmill I was looking for was in stock in Ontario so I decided to place my order after confirming with them. Few weeks went by but no news. I had to write them many time to get an approximate delivery date but they couldn’t do anything they said.The item was still in stock and ready to ship on the website…. 10 + email later and more that 60 days later they received the product at the warehouse. The price was lower than I paid at first so I asked for an adjustment. They didn’t want to reimburse me the difference…. So I asked for a full refund instead.Big thumbs up to the team (not). Tips for better service; answer the phone when someone ask for customer service. I couldn’t speak to someone in 60 days. What’s the point of having this service if it’s not actually working. Makes people satisfaction even worst.

Ordered some gym flooring and then reordered an additional pack because I was so pleased by the quality and look of the product! It was available for pick-up the next day. Toronto warehouse associate was very personable and helpful. Great experience overall.
