“Excellent service! They confirmed with me the product I wanted before shipment. I got the product under 2 days of ordering it.
You will not be disappointed with your order with them. Also, I barely do reviews, but this company deserved all the starts.”

110 Konrad Crescent Unit 10, Markham“After 30+ years of doing both personal and corporate formal technical support in enterprise environments, I have become pretty conversant with emerging technologies over time. However, there are some aspects of technology that I just don't have sufficient familiarity. Printers is one of them. I recently performed a firmware update on a Brother laser printer. No problem, right? Other Brother printers I own have had their firmware upgraded, without issue. Well, on this one printer, a 2730DW, the firmware failed, leaving the printer unresponsive. It powers up by LED light, but that's it. Screen non responsive. Being both stubborn and tenacious, I spent a some time trying to determine and remediate the issue. But alas, based on everything I have tried, I decided that I was going to junk the thing, which is really a shame, given the fact that the printer was barely used and less than 3 years old. Here's where I ended up going to Rosebud, whose reputation preceded it. I spoke with Roman on the phone on my initial call, and within 30 minutes had my printer at his shop, where he offered to look at it and diagnose it at no charge, and if he can fix it without having to replace parts, he told me he would do so for free. This level customer service offered initially is unparalleled. Most shops would take advantage to gouge the customer on diagnostic efforts, but not Rosebud. Roman said if he did that, customers would not return. He promised he would call me back in a day or two.He also provided some industry knowledge insofar as the history behind various brands of printers, their business approach, why some brands cost more than others, and the viability of parts availability and ease of end-user customer repairs, where applicable. I found this refreshing that he was genuinely passionate about technology, and I knew that I had come to the right place. So I left my printer with Roman, who professionally took down all my information on a service form, and awaited the result.Unfortunately, the problem ended up being the PCB/logic board, though Roman indicated his techs expended much time and effort to try to fix it and really wanted to get it going. He gave me some suggestions on what I can do next but it would require a hardware replacement regardless. This level of honestly and integrity are much appreciated in this day and age. I found Roman to be affable, friendly, but also realistic, not making veiled promises or creating false hope. In my conversation before and after the repair attempt, I could gauge Roman's deep level of experience with electronics, yet that is coupled with a humble nature in which he wants what is best for the customer. I certainly would bring any other problematic printer to Roman for diagnostic and repair, knowing that I am in good hands with Rosebud. Thanks for all the efforts, sir!-Jeremy”

“Really did an amazing job fixing my phone screen! Super professional and my phone looks brand new, exactly like the original. I recommend this place to everyone looking for electronics & services”
“The guy gave me an honest diagnostic of my tv over the phone and recommended my tv isn't worth repairing. Recommended where to go for a new tv and gave me a few model #s he recommended, and some he would avoid. He made no money off of me and was still super nice and helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone.”
“Had a broken key fob which would’ve cost $100+ to replace. Took it in to see if anything could be done… to my surprise, the owner said to come back in 20 mins.
I was incredibly surprised at the care and skill displayed by the owner. He even replaced the battery. Fob works like new!
(If the store is not open at the posted time… just give it a few mins… it’s worth the wait ;)
I would definitely recommend the repair shop to family & friends.”
“Our 5 year old TCL Roku TV stopped displaying anything other than a blue-green glow. I googled TV repair but was thinking that we’d have to buy a new one because who repairs things anymore? These guys do, it turns out! And they were great to deal with. They told me I could drop it off or they would come grab it for a low fee, which I opted for. When they got here, they did some checks and gave me an estimate of the repair cost. They said if they couldn’t fix it, they would only charge the pick up fee. They called within two days, tv all fixed, cost was in line with the estimate and they dropped it back off a few hours later. They said there is a 90 warranty on their repair. Honestly, I didn’t think this kind of service exited anymore!”

“Entering the shop is like going back in time. These older men (experienced) have seen it all and really know what they are doing. We used them on 2 occasions and did a great job at a reasonable price. We had a vhs tape stuck in our vcr/dvd player. They removed it and saved almost all of the tape. They also converted an old 8 mm tape from the 1960s onto a DVD. Highly recommend you visit them too.”
“Okay, I’ll give them 5+ since it turned out to be the only place where they physically found the model of headphones I needed for purchase. In general, be aware: this whole Best Buy is just a showcase of an online store, which is also called Best Buy. The goods from the window are not for sale, but order and wait for the parcel (10 days) of your desired item on Tyrnet.”
“Not sure why this place is called Dupont Downtown when it is nowhere near Dupont or Downtown lol. Anywho, I just wanted to write this review because these guys saved us over $1600! I asked them how much it would be to fix the backlights for a 75” Samsung TV and they were honest with me and said that large of a screen cannot have backlights fixed and would cost more than the price of the TV to fix. The man, I think his name is Simon, suggested that I call my credit card company as they provide insurance for these incidents since the TV was only 1.5 years old but out of warranty. I filed a claim and guess what! My credit card company reimbursed the entire price of the TV. We only got a diagnostics report done by Dupont Downtown for $50 and the credit card handled the rest. We would’ve never thought of reaching out to the credit card if Simon hadn’t suggested so. These guys are honest people who aren’t just greedy for money. We are forever grateful for their honest business.thank you!!!”
“We took our 2017 QN55 in for repairs after experiencing a sudden issue with the image doubling. Noel explained that there would be a $50 charge for the diagnostic service, which involved taking apart the TV to determine if it was repairable.
Unfortunately, while removing the back panel to find the model number, he broke one of the clips. It turned out that the issue was not with the one-connect box or board; rather, the panel itself needed to be replaced, which would cost more than the TV's value.
They were quick to switch into a sales pitch, but at the time did not have the size were looking for. On the units we saw, the scratches and imperfections were more than what we were willing to accept.”
