One star is to much, this retail store has the worse customer service I ever encountered, their policy sucks and there’s no head office that will take responsibility. I bought a jacket and it ripped underneath my arm, it was a defected product. They did want to exchange it. The manager gave me a non-sense excuse, non exchange or re-found, when it was a manufactured defect. I will never, I repeat, I will never buy anything at designer depot department stores and their franchise store call international. Who ever one’s to buy there I will say that is not worth the trouble. ?

The store has really attractive offers however the material of hoodies ain't great rather invest in your winter jackets, they had good deals.

I went during a clearance sale, and I can't really say I was impressed by the offerings. I did find a really good $20 sweater, tho.

Picks and chooses who they will allow to try on in their change rooms. I had one item and the woman told me their change room is closed. An hour before the mall closes. Another woman with 5 items with the same ethnicity as the associate comes to the change room and they allow her to try on.Save your money and go around the corner to Urban planet.

The prices are highly inflated, even after their "discounts". There were identical items with two different prices, one was $179.99 and the other exact item was priced at $279.99. Lynn the manager refused to honor the lower price as marked.This store is ridiculous and a glorified flea market. Nothing "designer".

never coming here again. hard to find sizes and return policy is stupid. they won't give you your money back or even a store gift card. in order to get your money value back you have to buy other merchandise that have to equal your previous total spent

Wort excuse ever to avoid opening trial room by saying, “we can’t manage # of people in trial room because we had busy store”! really!! There are total 10 people probably shopping in store and still can’t manage trial room so you keep it close. Such as lame excuse

if I could rate this half a star I would the products are garbage and the policy is even worse staff isn't any better and are clueless I don't even know how this place is still open for business....WORST products ever! I will NEVER come here again and I just lost my money as they don't give refunds only store credits....clearly I'm out my money as I won't shop here so don't waste your time or money!!!!

Designer Depot at Vaughan Mills Mall is a colossal clothing store.Surprisingly, the prices on almost everything are always marked down by 25% to 80%.This suggests the depot's/owner's business tactic; nevertheless, sometimes quality items can be availed at a reasonable price.The biggest drawback of buying anything here is the store's return policy. You buy something only if you are 100% sure, for you cannot return it; you can only exchange or get a store credit within seven days.The staff are helpful and check out is hassel free.

Worst shopping experience I have ever in my life. Staff does not know how to bill and how to exchange the items. Even their systems are awful that, barcodes does not scan properly. Manager is too worse and she does not know how to deal with customers. They wrongly charged for couple of items and when I said same, they are refusing to refund showing some worst policies and offering store credit. Why would one spent extra dollars in this store for the store person’s mistake… STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!

Price of the appeal available in the store are quite affordable. But their policy of giving off an every items every season is not understandable. The actual buying price will not get decreased but the percentage off on the same product will increase. e.g. Today one product say XYZ is now available with 50% off and the buying price is 10$ , Tomorrow same product will be available with 70% off with final buying price will be 10$

I'm not very happy with the quality of the winter coats. My Girlfriend bought me a winter coat and the button snaps keep breaking. We took it back and it was replaced, however the same thing happened on the second coat. We took it back and designer Depot said we are stuck with it and said NO REFUND at this Store. What a waist of our hard earned money. NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!
