Way better than the Apple store at Yorkdale, they said to buy a new one since they didn't have the screen in stock and I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Come to Supertech if you want quality service from a technician that knows what he's doing.”

“I had some photos printed here and some didn’t turn out quite right (cropping was odd and tbey were the wrong size) and I didn’t receive 3 of them. I called the store and Ryan was so helpful. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and generally great at his job. His customer service was excellent, and he worked quickly to resolve my issue and ensure that I was completely satisfyed Ryan was also so apologetic even though it was not his fault at all. Please give this guy a promotion or a raise because truly, he was one of the best, if not the best employee I have ever spoke to at staples. Ryan, if you see this, thank you again for all your help, my prints look fabulous thanks to you!”
