Aaron helped us with a partial renovation of a house that hadn't been touched in 60 years. His knowledge saved us a bunch of money and hassles. He is trustworthy and fair, and thinks from the perspective of the homeowner. I highly recommend him. He was a pleasure to deal with and I will have no hesitation to call him for the nest project!!

Aaron and his team are reliable, honest and always do a great job. I have hired him for more than one project and I'm more than happy with the results he's provided. He's renovated my bathroom, repaired water damage to my basement, re-paved my outdoor patio, painted a house top to bottom and is currently in the process of redoing my kitchen. Very happy, and you will be too.

This was our first time hiring City Edge Point Construction and would recommend and use their services again! Aaron is honest, and professional and was flexible with a tight timeline renovating our condo kitchen/living area. It was a pleasure to work with someone who takes such pride in their workmanship and actually takes the time and attention to get a beautiful result!

This will be my fourth time hiring City Edge Point for their services. Their work is impeccable. This time around we hired City Edge Point to completely re-do our master bathroom including building a new walk in shower with a mosaic tiled floor and a floating bench, relocating the toilet, re-drywalling, tiling, all electrical work and paint. It is a pleasure working with Aaron, who pays close attention to detail, takes a great sense of pride in his workmanship and in the end the results are phenomenal. I will note that sometimes things take longer to complete than originally planned, but there is always a justifiable reason and in the end the final product is worth the wait (which is why we keep coming back). City Edge Point is honest with you and will work through your design to make sure you are getting the best final product. I would highly recommend their services. I do know at times they do seem a little more expensive than other contractors, but the workmanship and service is worth the extra cost. We definitely will be calling on them again for any future renovation projects.

Would highly recommend Aaron, and City Edge Point Construction. Not only were they one of few companies to get back to us regarding installation of a new garage beam, Aaron took the time to answer all of our many questions and provide a free, detailed quote. Price was very reasonable, and all work was done exactly as discussed (in fact, Aaron and crew went above and beyond to ensure work was done to a high and safe standard.) Job site was left spotless. Leak in ceiling/roof and structural reinforcement of a 1920's built semi:I had 3 companies come in to review my project needs and provide quotes. Aaron impressed me immediately as he walked and talked us both through what he would do to fix the "apparent" issues. His pricing was good and accurate for what we thought the issues were.The project became problematic from day 1 with extensive damage revealed once the ceiling in the Dining Room came down and we got into the attic and walls: with extra need to reinforce the roof and interior structure that resulted in extra supports needed down to the basement. I also added to their scope based on the quality of their initial work to ensure that the entire roof was supported; as it is a mix of flat and slope.Aaron and his team were cheerful and handled all the new surprises with grace and humour.I also need to go through the Dining Room (which was ground zero) in order to access the rest of my living space, and so they provided me with a great zippered airlock system to access other parts of the house while keeping the dust and debris to a minimum. They also allotted time at the end of each day to clean up. That clean up was worth its weight in gold for me!The project was a beast and a beautiful job was done.I would hire Aaron again in a heartbeat for future jobs.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work that Aaron at CityEdge has done, renovating my house. It was a complicated renovation that included the creation of a extension for a main floor powder room; the replacement of a circular staircase with a non-circular one; the reconfiguration of the second floor and re-design of several rooms; closet design and installation; installation of new doors and the re-location of windows; new flooring; extensive re-wiring, plumbing and painting; the application of new siding; and deck design and installation. Aaron listens patiently and attentively to a client's ideas, and has the expertise to convert those ideas into workable plans, where that can be done. He is an expert, creative, problem-solver. If he advises that something can't be done, it's not out of arrogance - which he lacks - but from experience. He is highly conscientious and diligent. His work met the exacting standards of my decorator. In fact, it is my impression that Aaron works to those standards because it would make him unhappy not to. He takes responsibilty and finishes the task, when others drop off. And he brings with him a trusted, highly competent and accommodating crew, as required by the size of the job.

They remove the chimney and looks amazing like new , they fix the holes and you can’t tell it was a chimney there I highly recommend Aaron, he worked very professional , Iam very satisfy with the job

Aaron, Alvin and team helped us with our basement reno. The job involved new drywall, adding a closet, new lighting, painting, etc. We were very impressed with how thorough, meticulous and professional they were. At the end of each day throughout the project, they cleaned the job site to ensure dust didn't travel to the rest of the house. We are happy to have found this company to help us with our projects!

I was moving into a small condo in an older building. I needed a galley kitchen redo, a storage and display wall, vanity replacement, sliding barn door replacement and stairs built to access my balcony. I am very pleased with how I can function in this space. I would hire them again without hesitation.
