This was my 3rd visit to Bulldog Nutrition Vaughan at Jane/Rutherford location and I can’t say this enough, I am always blown away at the level of customer service received from Payam. He is phenomenal, over the top always passionate and patient. He is very informative and takes his time to explain, educate and offer options to all nutrition products before making the sale. These traits are seldomly found these days as usually sales and commission takes president over the service and care aspect. You can truly tell he loves what he does and is always willing to go over and beyond. If there was a 10 star review option -this is by far over exceeds that. I look forward to being a continuous and loyal customer and will always look forward to going in when Payam is working. Thank you again Payam, you rock!

I work night shift so I came right after to exchange something and store still closed. Says open at 11 and I arrived 5 min after. I used to work GNC so we would already be in there ready to unlock the door opening time, I peeked in, nobody was there

Great service, the owner was working at the time I arrived and provided me with good insight on what I was looking for. I also got one of the shakes they sell, which was fantastic. Overall I think they've done a great job with the store, the renovations look great and it is a wonderful experience to shop here.

Its 1pm sign on door says be back in 5 I leave and come back at 1:15 and still no one is there. Have some sense of time if you want business. If you can’t time manage hire someone else while you go on break. Simple fix. Otherwise shutdown.

Great service, and Adam was very helpful with helping me select what I needed. Ive been to this bulldog location in the past, but when I went this past week, everything looked remodeled, and there was a new shake bar that was really cool, and the shakes were amazing. The new ownership seems to be doing a fantastic job, their prices are competitive and sales have always been good. Im very happy with the service, and would absolutely recommend this location to any of my friends.

Probably the best bulldog location in the GTA hands down. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the new renovation looks fantastic, and protein shakes are 10/10 with tons of different flavours and brands. Excellent experience every time, will definitely be back.

I’ve generally had nothing but good experiences at this store but I have seen the “be back in 5 mins” sign twice in the last 3 months when I’ve tried to visit the store. A bit frustrating since I’ve waited way longer than 15 mins the last time I went and no one showed up so I went home.

Went out of our way to grab supplements while on vacation. Lights and Open sign were on but there was a note on the door saying “be back in 30 min”. Should have at least put a time when he was returning. Pretty disappointing

I've recently switched from GNC to Bulldog and I will never look back. Firstly, the variety of products in the store is second to non. They have all trust worthy brands and big name brands in the industry. Secondly, Their customer service is amazing. Everyone their is super friendly and are extremely helpful. Even if you just need tips or some guidance the employees have definitely been in the industry long enough to get you on the right path. On top of this, when I went into the store, the employee working made a clear effort to follow all covid guidelines and insured me that the store has been properly sanitized.
