the employee have that aight attitude. asked for a pair, they doesnt have that size, i thought he would come back after looking for it but he frolicking somewhere. still dont get my size of a super gorọus shoes tho.

I bought a pair of running shoes online 2 days earlier and had an issue with them. Brought them in to Browns at Vaughan Mills today and was so pleased with the service. From the gentleman who greeted me upon arrival and asked me if I was returning the item, and then escorted me to the cashier, to the (I believe) manager, who was called over to help with the return. He was so pleasant and helpful. He gave options and very quickly resolved the issue. Such great service, it reminded me why I love shopping at Browns.

Last week I found a pair of shoes that I liked at Browns, but they didn't have my size in stock so the associate suggested ordering the pair and getting it delivered to my house. I agreed since I really like the shoes, but when my order came the shoes were used and damaged. I went to Browns the next day to return the item. This was a horrible experience for me and I don't recommend ordering a product from here since they don't seem to check the quality of the products that they ship.

Shoes selection in the store is reasonable, but the staff is not and the logistics are awful. I was going to Halifax, and needed a pair of good autumn shoes. Picked a pair, but my size was not available in the store, so I requested a delivery from the warehouse. The order took longer to ship than I was promised, and the shoes I received were not the size I ordered and appeared slightly worn. Had to take a good chunk of my Saturday off to go visit the store, only to find out the the model is apparently out of stock. No apology, no discount for getting another pair, no offer for a rush order, all two days before my trip. Completely unreasonable and screwed up if you ask me. It isn’t even possible to file a complaint to the company, they simple do not care. Avoid at all costs, unless you can pick up your shoes right there and right now, and don’t care about the returns.

Pushy salesperson. Tried on 2 pairs of shoes. Then said I’ll look around. He said something like “if these don’t work for you, nothing will”, he ask “ what about the other pair” , then I told him one of them was comfortable, but I’ll check around”. Then he said again that I won’t find another pair if these don’t work. And i got up and checked another shoe style behind me, and literally 10 seconds later he said “ still haven’t found one yet ? “ his tone and attitude was very bad. he just seems very unhappy that I didn’t make a quick decision. I think he was new salesperson there. I would of bought the comfortable pair but because he opened his mouth with that impatient attitude I decided not to buy. If he would of shut up I would of just bought a pair lol
