Avworld beats even American prices which are almost always better. They consistently have good sales as well. They also have really good quality control (undoubtedly better than Boeing). The stock is incredible as well. There is no better aviation store than AVworld.”

“I grew up in Weston and bought all of my High School textbooks from Squibb's. More recently, I still buy books there even if I don't live in Weston. Actually I live in the UK but my mother and sister still live in Weston. So, rather than use Amazon, I call Suri and ask what she might have that my mother would like, reading wise. She always comes through and occasionally throws in something extra. She wraps it up, selects a nice card and delivers it, when possible, to my mum's house. I always drop by to see Suri when I'm in Canada to say hello and have a nice chat.”

There's everything from sunflower seeds to kettle-cooked chips. Need a gift for someone? You can pick up a Toronto sweatshirt or a beaver plushie. Did your USB cable die on you? You can buy one here. Naturally, prices are slighter higher because you're at an airport. When you really need something, you suck up the cost.I was waiting patiently for a female staffer to finish stocking up one of the fridges that I needed to access. She moved and said hi. I said hi and was relieved that I could finally get a bottle of Diet Pepsi. It was cold. I was happy.I went to the checkout to pay for my item. The woman was efficient, but not exactly giving off any warmth. I used a debit card. I tapped and all was great.My drink was over $3. It did last me a few hours. I was so happy to have something to drink at long last. It hit the spot.I am thankful that this store was the closest one offering drinks after you pass through customs. Next time, when I'm not focused on quenching my thirst, I will leisurely browse around the store instead of blowing through it like a hurricane.(217)”

The missing star is just because of not signaling that the online orders are to be picked up at the customer service boot, and so I waited a little while on the regular pay line and then for someone to identify the parcel. I love the setting, the location, and what it has to offer above and beyond mere literature browsing. Customer service was nice and awarded me a modicum amount, but I was impressed nonetheless.
