Terrible experince from a company with no accountability. Work was paid for by Samsung under a warranty. ARS took two mechanics 4 visits to repair a soap dispenser after stripping the screws and damagine the stainless steel of the dishwasher. Then they installed an entire new door and damaged/stripped the wiring which attaches the door to the machine, causing bare wires over a number of months to rub against the metal of the machine. When we asked for further help, and explained the issue with pictures etc, they said we have to pay them to come assess and payment required for any further repairs required, which their mechanics caused! Our machine is no longer under warranty, and at this point, I don't trust their mechanics to not cause more issues.I was offered to purchase a part without labor because they weren't going to install it for me, without charging for service, so I could do it myself and that wasn't for the cables that were broken by their repair man.I've added the picture of the wires that installed stripped, which ARS thinks magically happened.Also, their one mechanic came with COVID, was clearly sick as a dog and worked in our house for four hours, nose running an coughing with no mask. giving our family the virus. Really can't recommend this company to anyone.

Customer service can be much better. Multiple call attempts, multiple request for callback and an office visit to acquire information on my issue to no avail. You can do better than this - know your service & pricing or put me in contact with someone that does. Best of luck.

ARS was responsible by Samsung to fix our dishwasher for a simple soap dispenser that wouldn't open. The technician that came by didn't have the appropriate tools so he ended up stripping all the screws of the cover ended up having to drill out the screws making a cockery of our door stainless...Was the issue fixed, no. Had to come back and ended up getting a whole new door. Great, right?A couple months go by and the dishwasher, doesn't work and is flashing an error codes. Now the dishwasher warranty is expired, so I need to investigate.The door that was installed by the previous technician must of been by a complete potato since the wire harness was stripped and is shorting out on the chassis.Does ARS have accountability after bringing this to the their attention, nope. Instead they want to get paid...Wouldn't recommend this company even if they were free. On top of everything else as well too. The technician that came in the first time was sick as hell and gave my family covid.Thanks for nothing.

Extremely bad service , product was left with them on Jan 2nd , parts received on the 8 th , today is 18 th and no status update on product repair. Previously they set 2 appointments with no status update from tech , buyers beware no more lg product I will buy ever and I wonder who is the manager now where I have raised my concerns and no update from the staff .Update : the manager reached to me today the 19 th, and he apologized for the inconvenience and promised the fix , hence changing review to 4 star , thank you .Thanks to Rahul M and owner and Alecia to get this matter resolved .

We were so pleased with the professional level of service and courtesy that we experienced with ARS Appliance Repair. The level of service was great from the first call to request service. We were given a date and timeline and were able to either call or track when our technician would arrive. Peter Wong, the technician from ARS who serviced our dryer was very knowledgeable. He explained how often to clean the vents etc. He was timely, efficient and answered every question I asked. We were extremely pleased with the exceptional level of service we received from Peter and ARS Appliance Repair. We would highly recommend Peter as a top notch technician.Sent from my iPhone

Horrible - quality of work (i don’t even know how, either fix the part or replace it) and service, both call centre and technician.Great at making excuses, pretending to listen and having 0 flexibility.You’re not a huge company, you’re central and located in Woodbridge/Vaughan. But your service and system tries operating like a Fortune 500 company.

Website says free service call with repair. No viable repair options provided, charged me for $120 + hst for 2 minutes of work.
Then quoted me another diagnostic fee of $400 or more with no guarantee that they can figure out what's wrong with it.

Worse company ever. They confirmed a date and time to come and fix my washer just to cancel at the very last minute. Then they kept changing their bookings to accommodate their technicians making me wait for days on end and evrytime ot showing up.I do NOT recommend this company at all.They are rude and have such disregard for the time of their customers.

We have had ARS Repair and Installation Services repair several of our LG appliances with good results. Contact staff are friendly and making appointments, easy. Communications leading up to the appointment are good. Several email reminders and usually a call from the Technician. Appointments are on time and the technicians are polite, friendly and knowledgeable.Had one minor issue where a Technician had to return for a bad replacement part, nobody's fault, it happens. The new appointment was made without issue and problem fixed.A good company to deal with.Thank you,Les and Deb Howell

Showed up twice. First time was to take a look at the stove. Second time they showed up with the wrong part with zero apologies after taking a day off work. Requested they return for an evening time but they only have one tech and said he refuses to work any evenings. Now they have cancelled it all together without notifying us and we must start the whole process over with LG requiring more missed time off work. Lady in the call center is extremely rude. If LG sends you to this place for repair request a different repair company!!! They are absolutely horrible to deal with!! With the amount of missed time from work they have caused we could have just went out and bought a new oven.

ARS made my day. Catherine the Call Center lady is professional and very nice, the same with Service Technician Andre are really an asset for ARS. I am an appliance man from Sears Canada, but believe me trust this company with closed eyes. May God Bless them for their families and us.
