“I spoke with Angelo Moutoulas recently regarding a replacement for a washer/dryer combo in a condo building. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me troubleshoot the issue instead of pushing for a new sale. His advice ended up resolving the issue which saved me over $2000!! I previously went to big box stores like Rona and Home Depot and they just push the replacement sale (stay away from big box stores!). Thankfully I stopped by this location as well. I will definitely buy from them when the time comes. 5/5”

I searched on the Internet and found out about the existence of the Best Brand Appliance.From the beginning, they have been very nice and professional. “From start to finish, my experience with Merrilyn and the delivery team at Tasco Toronto on Dufferin was amazing.
I came into the showroom three separate times before finally deciding on a fridge, and every single time, I was greeted with kindness and patience. No pressure, no attitude, just genuine help. Merrilyn was an absolute gem. She helped me choose the right fridge and made sure it would fit by carefully checking my measurements.
On delivery day, the team noticed a dent in the door before unloading and immediately let me know. They didn’t try to hide it or “make it work.” They took it back and made sure I would get a new one. Merrilyn personally ensured the replacement fridge was carefully inspected, and when it arrived, the team even let me inspect it on the truck before bringing it inside.
The delivery team, led by Terry, was incredible. Professional, skilled, and thoughtful. He made the executive decision to remove the fridge doors to get it around my curved stairway and triple-checked that everything was aligned and level when reinstalling them. He even offered to replace my old water line with one that had a shut-off valve and went above and beyond by running water through the fridge to clear it properly, following the instructions.
I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Even with the first delivery (lead by Ryan), they cared enough to make sure I didn’t end up with an imperfect product and discover it later. That says everything about their integrity and customer service.
Don’t second guess it. Get your appliances from Tasco Toronto on Dufferin. You will not regret it.”

“Purchased a Toto Nexus from the store and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. Thanks to Sharon who was absolutely knowledgeable with the Toto line-up and she was able to explain the difference between each one of the model. I have never had anyone who was able to do half of her job and I was never comfortable spending that much money and not knowing what exactly I am getting.

“Good morning I dealt with aarons before when they were on eglinton ave west but they closed that one, I wanted to get a new dryer not knowing about the etobicoke store but I decided to call them. The first lady I spoke to helped me along the way she was so nice to me about a week after I called back I spoke to a young man he was just as nice and patient with me then I spoke to another lady who was awesome with me. She went above and beyond to help me she spoke so nice that I felt calm she guided me along the way, never much me to have an account with them in the end I took the dryer from then. I got it in two days time the two men who delivered it , they came in they were also nice to me and my husband they have a lot of respect ? for us ,please let your staff know how awesome and more awesome they are ,I dealt with five staff members in all no complaints will deal with them again, if I can give more stars I will ,I know my review is long but it is worth it. “I had the good fortune of having Ahmad Sabah help me with buying a new stove. I was uncertain about which one but finally settled on a dual heat range in my price bracket. As a senior citizen I was apprehensive about the delivery and the installing. Ahmad helped me with it all. The delivery was on time and within an hour the installers arrived, did the connection to gas and power, showed me the basics of the stove, took away the old appliance along with all the cardboard and foam that had covered the new one. Thank you Ahmad .”

The delivery staff arrived on time and handled my washing machine with great care. The overall experience was smooth and professional. However, they did not wear boot covers or remove their boots, which resulted in snow and water being tracked into my home. I would highly recommend implementing a standard practice of either removing footwear or using boot covers to prevent this issue in the future.”
