“You can get name brand appliances and comfortable/reliable furniture ANYWHERE. But only at this specific The Brick location are you greeted right away at the door with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I always ran into Patience and worked with her but today, Patience was not there and I was still able to get the same excellent shopping experience with Antoinette. Kudos to the human resources department for hiring such dedicated and friendly professionals. Kudos to the store manager who most likely treats his staff with respect and ensures proper etiquette in his store. ? I have been shopping here for over 10 years and will definitely be back!”

While waiting I saw a couch on clearance and asked for som info on it. She didn’t case me around the store ! No pressure , she just let me sell myself. Great experience ! “This is my second purchase from this company, Markham branch. I felt comfortable when talking with Mr. Johnny Wang. We did not talk too much. He understood our needs and he showed us their goods. He answered our questions right to the point. The decision was settled within 45 minutes. We received our cargo the next day. It was an heavy raining day. The two men showed their professionalism of handling my refrigerator. Everything was finished within five minutes, including removal of the old stuff. I recommend this shop.”

“We were looking for a Central Vacuum to replace the old one we had. AAA super store came out as the best place for us. They stood up to their reputation.Frank Cortese was very helpful. He explained all the options we had and recommended DUOVAC Sensa unit for our home.We purchased the unit, Technician came in on the next day, 15th of December, Removed the old and installed the new and tested it. He was very courteous, completed and cleaned up in just over an hour.We recommend them to anyone who is looking for any kind of Vacuum cleaners.”

“I have a Fabre Perla 30" SS that is no longer manufactured. I need grease filters which are hard to find. Out of all the retailers (The Brick, Lowes, Canada Appliance Source, Leons, Anik's Appliances) I called and spoke to, William at KWA is the only one who took the time to look into the issue and find out where to order the product. He offered multiple potential solutions and a step by step process of how he would deal with the lack of supply. I didn't even purchase the Perla from KWA but the quality of service and customer care makes me wish I did. I will be purchashing future appliances from KWA and highly recommend that anyone else does as well.”

“I had the good fortune of having Ahmad Sabah help me with buying a new stove. I was uncertain about which one but finally settled on a dual heat range in my price bracket. As a senior citizen I was apprehensive about the delivery and the installing. Ahmad helped me with it all. The delivery was on time and within an hour the installers arrived, did the connection to gas and power, showed me the basics of the stove, took away the old appliance along with all the cardboard and foam that had covered the new one.
