The staff appears bored and doesn't seem to be excited to do the sales. The girl at the front is definitely bored. Greets with the "ssup" nod. Went on the floor. Walked around. No one approached me. Went back to ask the front desk to call someone. She did. Same old, no one came.Tried this place a few times to buy appliances. Different reps. Gave them a reasonable price. They didn't appear to negotiate anywhere close.Went to Candian Appliance Source and closed the deal the same day. Huge difference in customer service. Every time I look for an appliance, I give this store a chance.Bought a dishwasher, laundry set, range, range hood - all from Canadian Appliance Source...All replies from the owner are just to pretend they care ?

Love the tracking app! It's right up to date and it's helpful to know when your order is nearby. The driver also calls when they are I'm the vicinity. We've had a number of deliveries and the same thing happens each time: Drivers are helpful, respectful and they know exactly what they are doing!

Delivery went very smoothly this morning. They actually respected the delivery window which was so helpful for my workday. Ordered an appliance from The Brick last year and in comparison, this experience was streets ahead.

Please read all reviewed before purchasing. I faced multiple issues including- incorrect delivery promising, customer service related issues, responsiblity of delivering things on time and follow up, time spent on entire thing, charges for small stuff. etc. not happy with my purchase worth 25k.
